Jamie’s home is amazing! The place was incredibly clean, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The view was absolutely breathtaking! I highly recommend staying here, we had a wonderful time and will be back in the near future!

Arguably one of the coolest vacation rentals we have ever stayed in. Great walkability to bustling downtown Vallarta below matched with an uncredible Birds Eye view of the bay and cityscape. The home was peaceful and refreshing after a long day in the heat. The hosts were staying in the other treehouse during our stay and treated us like personal friends. We will 100% be looking to stay here during our next trip to Mexico. This is THE PLACE. If you have a chance to stay here, don’t hesitate to book. 10/10 experience.

Really enjoyed our stay at Kathy’s place. After just a few nights, we liked it so much that we were lucky enough to extend our stay. Would definitely rent the upstairs in future to have friends or family come along with us. Can’t emphasize enough how great it was to have air conditioning and hot water on demand. We also used the washer and dryer more than expected, so that was great too! And always appreciate the little touches, like beach towels and a few puzzles :) It’s nice to have kitchen basics and a little bit of patio furniture, as the outdoor space is really nice to spend the afternoon relaxing. Thanks for having us Kathy, we hope to return!

Beautiful property and very well maintained. Location is perfect! It is very close to the beach (4 min walk) and to the town (8 minute walk). We chartered transportation from the airport through the Airbnb and the rental company turned out to be located right next door. They also had golf carts for rent, which was very convenient. They have a restaurant next to the rental place that has great breakfast and dinner. Sayulita is magical! We had an amazing stay.

Thank you big! Margaret and her staff were amazing! Carmen was delightful and made sure we had everything we needed. Her attention to detail was an extra special touch. We celebrated a 70th birthday and she decorated and had a cake ready as an added surprise. Bonus tip...her cooking was WONDERFUL! Highly recommend you stay in and have her treat to you with a good home cooked meal! Great communication from the very beginning with Margaret with fast response time. We love visiting PV and will definitely keep Margaret and this listing in mind when we come to visit again!

Jim and his crew were amazing from the very beginning of the booking process. Communication was excellent throughout the entire stay,they were always responsive and helpful. My parents and I, along with my young niece who decided to join last minute, truly loved the place. I really appreciated how quickly and easily they updated my reservation to accommodate her, super smooth and stress-free! If you’re someone who enjoys being out all day, this is the perfect place to come back to and relax. The private pool was one of our favorite parts,nothing beats a peaceful swim after a long day. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials, and the entire home was spotless thanks to the amazing maid! The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and we even got to see fireworks at night from the house, such a special bonus. I highly recommend this place to everyone. Don’t hesitate, especially if this is your first time booking, like it was for me. Jim is your guy!

This one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed in! The area it’s in was great it was peaceful and we were blessed either with an amazing view from our balcony. The workers within the condominium were great very friendly and outgoing it was a pleasure to stay here I will definitely be staying here again next time I’m into Puerto Vallarta! :)

Spent 7 days at this beautiful condo and had everything we needed to both relax and enjoy everything PV has to offer. The location itself is quiet but close to the vibrant nightlife. Only a stones throw away from the beach!

Ralph and Mark were very easy to work with. They provided all the necessary info up front to help take the guesswork out of coming there. The condo was perfect the size, perfect location, with a beautiful view. Alfredo was very welcoming and accommodating. We would definitely request this bnb again!

Nos encantó, el lugar súper bonito y tranquilo, el departamento muy grande y tenía todo lo necesario, ame que tenía una sombrilla, sillas y hielera súper útil para estar en la playa, el complejo estaba hermoso, sin duda regresaría

La casa espectacular , vale cada peso que se paga , las fotos a pesar de que se ve bonita la casa es mejor cuando la vez , la alberca suficiente cómoda , muy espaciosa la casa , muchos detalles, tiene todo lo que se ocupa y más , claro que regreso , muy buena ubicación y buena zona . Where to start? The location is great, with a lot of privacy, little traffic, and great restaurants (as well as supermarkets) all a 10–15 minute drive away. You won’t be able to order food from public delivery services such as Didi, Uber or Rappi, but if you call a specific restaurant that does delivery they will get it to you. Secondly, the beach was amazing. You get private access, so no vendors and barely any other people. The beach itself is great with nice gentle waves, great for boogie boarding, soft sand and not too deep. The house had everything we needed, from things to take to the beach, utensils to cook ourselves a nice breakfast, towels, and the pool was a nice bonus as well. There was also a shower head to rinse off sand before coming inside, which was much needed. Lesley welcomed us with a delicious sourdough loaf and maracuya jam that we enjoyed on the first day. Great way to start a vacation. Overall 10/10 and we will definitely be coming back (hopefully soon).

The most beautiful views we have ever seen at an Airbnb. The staff was very accommodating and the neighborhood felt safe. We hopefully be back one day to stay here!

El lugar fue muy agradable, nos sentimos como en casa, no batallamos para nada, tenía todas las amenidades de la descripción. Con gusto volveríamos aquí. Excelente lugar 😊

Es un alojamiento muy bueno para que grupos grandes puedan pasar la noche. Consideren que no es un lugar en el que quizá te vayas a quedar todo el día, sino más que nada para dormir, asearse y quizá comer entre paseos. Incluye la vajilla por si se necesita; al llegar, encontramos cajas de cereal nuevas, que se agradecen mucho. Importante tener en cuenta que no está en Puerto Vallarta; San Vicente está a unos 20-25 minutos de distancia de Puerto Vallarta, por lo que es una zona tranquila, pero con buenos lugares cerca para comer. Las camas son suficientes para 17/18 personas. El acceso es sencillo. Cuenta con aire acondicionado, agua caliente, Internet y televisiones en cada habitación. Un buen lugar, definitivamente. 😁

The bungalow was perfect. It gave me everything I needed and more. Walked to the grocery , coffee, and a couple local places for amazing tacos and delicious inexpensive seafood. My dog loved the garden/ yard area so much she didn’t want to leave! Estefano, Ben and family were amazing ~very attentive and caring. Comfy bed, clean open space, cold air conditioning and everything you need to cook a meal too. I would definitely stay again. Recommend.

Fue una estancia muy buena , todo era tal y como lo ofrecido , sin duda alguna volveríamos alojarnos ahí.

Un lugar fantástico, está muy cerca de la playa y la piscina en el septimo piso es increíble. Nos gustó también que había alguien en la recepción 24/7. Volveríamos con gusto!
