Cute old town one room flat - Port at only 100m

We bought this absolutely centrally located 25 sqm one room flat in 2016. It definitely was love at first sight :-) Its location in the pedestrian area is unique: the flat is less than 50m away from the bustling streets of Sanary's old town and yet very quiet, facing a lovely small square. We put lots of efforts and care into fully refurbishing the flat in 2020, to make it your perfect holiday pick, both functionally and emotionally. The flat could accomodate two adults plus one small child.

Ideally located to fully enjoy Sanary. 200 meters from the pretty beach of Portissol and less than 10 minutes' walk to the port, daily market and shops. Good bakery 100 meters away. This 36 m2, refurbished 2-room apartment, with terrace overlooking a quiet patio, provides you with rest and relaxation. Bright, with beautiful views of the surroundings, it is on the 1st (and last) floor. You can "forget" your car during the stay.

Sanary sur mer- All on foot

We offer a charming freshly renovated studio in downtown Sanary. Comfortable as you wish, you will enjoy quality bedding, new. A 3-minute walk from the marina, you will be ideally located to enjoy what Sanary has to offer. Shopping shops are also close by. For parking, there are free spaces very close by. If necessary, there is a subscription at 36 euros per week at the car park of the esplanade at 5 min walk.
