２週間滞在しました。まるで自分の部屋のように全てが完璧に揃っていました。このクオリティが台北にあると知れたことが嬉しく、必ず次回もトップリストになる滞在先です。２週間の滞在でしたので、洗濯機やキッチンの環境がとても重要でしたが、プライベートバルコニーがあったので洗濯にも困らず、キッチン用具も十分に揃っていました。近くの西寧市場で野菜を買ったりすることができると地域を知れて、おすすめです。（他にも、買い物には全く困らないエリアです）部屋の香りに敏感なのですが、アロマディフューザーが各所に設置されているので、部屋に帰った瞬間にとても気分がよくなります。ベッドの寝心地もよく、自宅以上にゆっくり眠ることができたように感じました。部屋のWi-Fiも十分の速度で、時には１日部屋にこもってリモートワークを行いましたが、一切問題ありませんでした。備え付けのテレビにはNetflixなどに繋ぐこともできるので、十分に楽しめました。あらゆる電化製品が日本製で、安心して使うことができました。ホストの対応も完璧で、全く不便のないコミュニケーションをとることができました！感謝しかありません。ぜひまた滞在したいです。

很滿意這次的住宿，房東回覆總是很快速與親切。房間位置很好抵達就在捷運站附近，而附近也有很多餐廳及商家，晚上一點都不無聊。 讓人最滿意的是房間真的漂亮又舒適，跟照片一樣。 如果還有下次旅行的機會，絕對會再次選擇此房源入住。 非常謝謝房東🙏🏻 讓我們有很好的體驗。

Perfect apartment on every level! This is my 2nd time staying at one of Jack’s listings and they truly stand out. Clean, cozy, extremely well maintained, amazing location, great for remote work (strong wifi), plenty of natural sunlight, ACs work extremely well, smart TV. I loved the 2-floor layout! 24/7 building security, clean building, just 3 minutes from Ximen walking district, 3 minutes from the riverside, 8 minutes to the green line and blue line MRT. This is my new #1 place for when I’m in Taipei!

Loro is a great host! The inside of the AirBNB is pretty nice with good AC and clean rooms. The host was super great with working with us for early check in. The area is pretty nice with a nearby night market! The host even provided umbrellas for the rainy Taiwan weather! The only thing is that the room is on a higher floor with no elevator (in case you have a lot of luggage) but Loro did already say that in the listing! Just be careful because the stairs are very old and the handle is super rickety (like dangerously so) so be wary of that. Thank you for a great stay in Taiwan!

This is wonderful apartment in a central area where you feel right at home when you walk in the door. It is comfortable, quiet, clean, and has all the ammenities you need for a stay. The location is very convenient with lots of stores, restaraunts, ammenities, and public transit nearby. Highly recommended for visitors in Taipei.

15天整體住宿的感覺算不錯⋯空間大（家庭友善）設備齊全、有任何問題房東都會很快回覆⋯重點是距離捷運站超近很方便⋯

I love coming here as it's on the 1st floor and easy to get into Ximen via the nearby bus, just a short hop across the bridge or you can go to Sanchong Station and go straight on the airport main line or into Taipei.

Absolutely loved this space! Super walkable area, and there were many great restaurants nearby. Pearl was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay and also gave us plenty of great recommendations on places to go. It was also convenient to walk to the MRT to get around Taipei. Would definitely recommend!

The place is very convenient because it is near at Ximen station. The host is also very responsive. But we suggest to have cook wares because in the first place it has induction cooker there and Maybe if can provide also utensils like plates, spoon and fork so the guest will feel like home. Especially when the guest decided to eat in this place. Just to add on to put sponge so that the guest can wash the dishes when used. Overall experience was good.

Location was unbeatable, it’s located right in the middle of the main shopping district. Late night food was just 30seconds walk away. House was very clean, toilet was well stocked. One caveat is that we have to be quiet since it’s in a residential area, I had security come knock on our door once but we lowered our volume(with 2 young kids) and had no issues afterwards. Check in process was easy, he came down personally to handover the keys.

Excellent spot in the heart of Ximending! We absolutely loved our stay. We were very grateful to the host for the flexible check-in time and all of the local recommendations. Three things I would note are 1. the beds are very hard, which many people enjoy but it was a bit too hard for my mother. 2. The room is beautiful and smells lovely, though the nextdoor neighbour smokes and the hallway does have a notable cigarette smell (my mother is sensitive to this). 3. The sound of the rain is very loud so I would suggest earplugs. We really enjoyed staying here and had a great trip. Thank you to the host!

시먼딩 근처에 있처에 있는 숙소 여럿 중 가장 맘에 들어서 예약했는데 다음에도 또 예약하고 싶을정도로 좋았습니다. 보안도 좋고 위치도 편리하합니다. 숙소 내부도 아늑하고 깨끗해요. 다만 화장실은 리모델링이 안되어있어서 조금 놀라긴했는데 대신 깔끔하게 정리되어있었습니다. 화장실 변기수압이 너무 약하긴했지만 그것 빼고 모두 맘에들었어요.

A great stay at the apartment very central location within short walking distance to many popular eating spots. The aparment was as per photos and description, very clean and tidy. Google document provided by Jon was very helpful and clear instructions with images. We had small issue with washer/dryer but Jon was very responsive and it was resolved quickly. Would happily stay again. Thanks!

We had a great 5 night stay at Andrew's apartment. The apartment itself is very stylish and nicely renovated. It is very large in size and we really enjoyed having so much natural light from the big open windows. The jacuzzi tub was also a highlight. If you're coming to Taipei for the first time, this neighborhood isn't very convenient though. There are no metro stops anywhere near the apartment and most of the major places to visit in Taipei are far away. Obviously this is not at any fault to Andrew. Also, compared to other Airbnb's we've stayed in that feel more like an apartment rental, this one is more like renting a few nights in a friends place where their stuff is everywhere and it isn't as setup for guests comfort in the way other Airbnbs are. But we really loved our time here and still highly recommend a stay if you have the chance.

Thank you for hosting me. I really appreciated the flexible 4:00 p.m. check-out time. Two double air beds were provided, which was very convenient. I found it a bit difficult to recycle everything, as there was no general waste bin available in the basement.

We had a wonderful stay, and really appreciated the location. Lots of good food and convenience stores downstairs, and 6 mins walk to the heart of Ximending. Will recommend!

捷運上蓋物業，交通方便，下雨亦不怕！

This is by far one of our favorite experiences and places we have stayed. The apartment is very clean, open, and contains practical amenities like a washer, drying rack, utensils, soap, and more. The location is extremely convenient. The red and blue line were below our feet for whenever we wanted to travel the city. However, it is quiet and peaceful in the apartment. The bed was also comfortable! There is a ton of food and coffee nearby or even in the building itself. It is the best location! The host is the kindest we have ever met. He showed us how to navigate the building, restaurant recommendations, and even checked in on us when it was over 38 Celsius outside. He is amazing! If you are traveling light and only have 1-2 people, this is the perfect place.

Had a good stay here - a family of five with two kids. Everything was as described and it was a comfortable stay near lots of amenities and restaurants. Super convenient location next to the trains and buses

It was a great stay. Very convenient and accessible to transportation. We had a great rest after tiring day.
