Holiday rentals with a pool in Sancoale

We stayed at Oryza by Koala in Goa and honestly, it felt like we were in Bali, not India! The space is stunning, every corner is so thoughtfully done, it was hard to stop taking pictures. The service was amazing too, super warm and helpful, and they even surprised us with the cutest little gift when we were leaving (such a sweet touch!). We had the best time and only wish we could’ve stayed longer. Definitely coming back soon!

The location was quite central to all the prime spots of North Goa. Everything was a 10-15 minutes drive away. The apartment itself could be maintained much better though.. Lots of potential, can do better. Hosts were very prompt in communicating and addressed a few concerns immediately.

my friends and I booked this place for 6 days and this is by far one of our favourite stays ever. Charles, Reece and Bishnu were fantastic hosts. generous, hospitable, caring and attentive. Special thanks to Bishnu for being so wonderful and accommodating. couldn't recommend this place enough

We had a great time and the place was perfect for our family with two big dogs. We experienced the wilderness, and had the comfort at the same time. The host and care taker were great and helpful. Francis helped us with food (boiled chicken) for the dogs every evening and that was a huge plus for us. The pool and jacuzzi made the stay entirely worthwhile. Finally the house has a great layout and they have done well with the details. We will look forward to being back at this place.

Excellent stay - super clean, spacious and comfortable. It’s quiet, very green and the pool is great. Kitchen is very well stocked and I feel the property has everything you’d need. The place has been very thoughtfully done - right from having tea, coffee, sugar and basic masalas to toiletries and the most comfortable comforter. Location is as described - in a village but close enough (about 20 minutes) to the popular places / restaurants in North Goa. The hosts are lovely people and would check in briefly every morning to check if all was good. Absolutely lovely stay and would love to be back.

The place feels right at home, beautifully crafted with plush pool. The rooms are very nicely done with great outdoor deck at first floor overlooking pool. Shivam and other co hosts are as responsive as it gets. Right there on feet to help you out. Overall a great place with wonderful amenities.

We had an excellent experience at Aguada Anchorage goa. Villa looks exactly the same as that of given in the pictures. host and staff especially Ms Sheetal were very cooperative and responsive. property has 2 swimming pools and are well maintained. the property is located in a central place of candolim which has easy access to restaurants and activities. despite being at central location, the property is very quiet peaceful and private. villa is very well maintained with great interiors, spotlessly clean rooms and kitchen, well maintained outdoor area and availability of all important appliances. I would strongly recommend this place for everyone planning a private homestay vacation in Goa.

Our stay at this villa was absolutely fantastic! The location was perfect—convenient and serene, making it an ideal getaway. A special shoutout to Jairaj, the villa manager, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless. His hospitality and prompt assistance made a huge difference. The villa staff—Arman, Anup, and Rahul—were outstanding. They catered to every small need with warmth and professionalism, making us feel truly taken care of. Their attention to detail and service made our experience even more special. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a luxurious and stress-free stay. We would definitely love to come back!

The stay was amazing and very comfortable. The entire house was well-maintained, thoughtfully designed, and spotless. Mr. Anand stayed in touch throughout our stay to ensure we weren’t facing any issues. He even shared a helpful travel guide, which made our trip smoother. I’ll definitely visit again and highly recommend it to my friends and family.

Everything is good in and wonderful because the co- host and tanvi was very helpful and they do great hospitality with the traveller, the room was very clean and every item of kitchen was there , my experience is very good with the apartment.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless. Check-in was smooth, and the host was incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful throughout my stay. The location was ideal—close to everything I needed, yet peaceful and quiet at night. Every detail had been thoughtfully considered, from the cozy bedding to the fully equipped kitchen and fast Wi-Fi. I especially appreciated the little touches like welcome snacks, coffee, toiletries, etc.
