Surrounded by pastures with grazing cows, our 2018 renovated holiday home is located in the middle of the countryside, which used to be a small farm. The North Sea dike of the southern Jade bus is a 2km away. The idyllically located house is also ideal for a multi-generational vacation, for 2 friendly families or even for a holiday with friends. The large garden with adjoining sunbathing lawn and play equipment is fenced in and therefore suitable for small children and four-legged friends.

Time out in the historic district

You will sleep in the beautiful historic Bant in a shipyard, built in 1876. The neighborhood is centrally located and yet very quiet. The sea and the city center are close by and can be reached both on foot and by bike in a short time, (beach promenade about 3 km, Train station and pedestrian zone about 2 km). What to expect: A cozy house just for you alone with a private courtyard garden and a bicycle shed if your bike comes along. Parking at the front door. Be welcome :)

Completely renovated in 2022, the vacation home is located in a quiet location near the dike and can accommodate up to 4 people. The house is equipped with 2 bedrooms (160 × 200), a bathroom with shower, a living and dining area, a spacious kitchen, as well as a guest toilet. The garden can be reached via 2 terraces (one of them covered), loungers and seating are provided. Bus stop, shopping, playground and restaurants are within walking distance.

In the large, beautifully landscaped, natural garden there is a barbecue and garden furniture for relaxing. A large, well-kept fish pond located directly on the terrace invites you to relax. In summer to cool down or in winter to warm up there is a wood-fired bathtub. There is also a sauna with a wood-burning stove. From the garden you can walk the approx. 80-kilometer-long cycling trail on the Ems-Jade Canal. The canal is a paradise for anglers.

Our cozy cottage is located in the south of Bremerhaven (120 sqm plus conservatory) - now also with Wi-Fi. Net and bakeries are within walking distance. The nearest bus stop is 2 min away, while Wulsdorf Train Station is 5 min away on foot. Bremerhaven city centre or dike is 10 minutes away by car. The state capital of Bremen can be reached by train in 45 minutes, and even faster by car. The North Sea beaches can be reached in max 30 minutes.

House with heart. It is located in the district of Minsen, about 5 km from Schillig and Horumersiel. 100 m² of living space, 1000 m² fenced garden, walking distance to the sea about 1000 m. Swimming and dog beach about 4-5 km away, easily accessible by bicycle or car. Shopping and attractions are numerous. The house has no direct neighbors, so nice evenings in the securely fenced garden are guaranteed. Children and dogs can play in peace.

A very quiet place for rest and relaxation. Hankhausen apartment with ecological aspects. Clay plaster and terracotta tiles form the basis for a cozy apartment. The apartment is on the upper floor. My partner and I live downstairs. The bathroom is equipped with a sauna and has an Asian touch. Non-smoking apartment. The first/second supermarket is only 1 km away. A parking space on the premises is available.

Independent vacation home on a quiet cul-de-sac. Accum is in the middle of Friesland between Jever and Wilhelmshaven. The beaches in Hooksiel and Schillig can be reached quickly by car. At the house there are two parking spaces. A few things for daily life - bread and rolls can be purchased from me by reservation. I try to offer organic standard when possible.
