Make memories for a lifetime in this unique place. The lake house is located by the ski trail to Bodø where Hurtigruten goes by daily. If you are lucky, you can also experience Cruise ships, King ships and large sailing ships, go by. Sandhornøy has a rich wildlife and just outside the lake house you can experience moose, deer, hares, otters, eagles and grouse. In the summer, Finnvikhaugen is the perfect place to experience the midnight sun and in winter you can experience the aurora borealis. There are great hiking trails and opportunities for mountain climbing nearby.

The cabin is of high standard, 4 bedrooms with a total of 7 beds. There is water, electricity, heat pump and wood stove. The kitchen is well-equipped. Bathroom with heated floor, shower, toilet, sink and washing machine. The cabin has its own Wi-Fi. TV can be connected to Apple TV or Comcast. Outside, under the stars, you can enjoy a Jacuzzi for 5 people. The water is cleaned by the owner. There are several terraces with outdoor furniture, barbecue hut, woodshed, pizza oven and gas grill. In summer it is possible to rent a small boat without an engine for 30 euros.

Eddastua is a lovely Nordland house from 1880

Eddastua has history and charm. Edda Konstanse lived in the house with her sisters, they made a living as seamstresses. A few years after Edda's death, Prostinne Valborg and her husband Prost Steffensen took over. When he died, Valborg moved to her children and the house stood empty for almost 50 years, before Christensen took over in 2001. They have taken care of all the things that were there and turned the house into a gem with charm and tranquility. Recharge your batteries at this unique and tranquil place to stay. Brand new made annex that is all up to today's standard. There is both a stove, hob, fridge, TV as well as a sofa bed. Brand new bathroom with toilet and shower. Unfortunately no public transport available but is free parking space. Here, you'll find everything you need, from bedding to towels—just walk right in, relax, and enjoy yourself ☺️ There's also a campfire pan that you can enjoy using. ☺️ If you are lucky, you can get a glimpse of the northern lights :)

Welcome to our simple and charming cabin with magnificent views of Landegode. The cabin is peacefully located in Skytjedalen, about a 5-10 minute walk from free parking. The hiking trail to Keiservarden starts nearby. Svartvannet and Vollvannet are in the immediate vicinity – perfect for both swimming and quiet rest stops. A short distance to Wood Hotel, which offers a café, restaurant, and spa. Here you can relax to the sound of the crackling campfire while enjoying the silence and the beautiful view.

Guest apartment in a great detached house in quiet surroundings in the countryside, about three quarters by car from Bodø. Surrounded by forests, mountains and the sea. Close to sights such as Saltstraumen, Svartisen and Langsand on Sandhornøy. Good conditions for fishing in all ways, sea and water. Bedroom with large double bed. Sofa also possible for a 3rd person. Also a removable guest bed. There is also an available bedroom in the rest of the building, but the use of this must be agreed upon.

Cabin in Gildeskål

Bring the whole family for cozy up in the main cabin at Cool Cabins, on beautiful Sandhornøy. Here you will find ready-made beds, and everything you would need for a nice stay. There is access to beach on the property, fishing opportunities, as well as plenty of hiking opportunities and excursions nearby. We recommend a trip to Elias Blix cafe, possibly for the perfect trip up Sandhornet (993 meters). And perhaps the host can offer you a guided boat tour at a reasonable price.

The barn in Midnattssolveien

This is a newly restored barn completed in the summer of 2023. We have taken care of as much as possible of the old, and combined it with the new. This makes the barn a completely unique place, with a soul. 1st floor consists of hallway, bathroom with toilet and shower, hobby room, two bedrooms. The 2nd floor consists of an open solution, where part is the "main hall" with a fireplace, a well equipped kitchen, and a cosy sofa section. All rooms are well equipped.

Brand new and modern guest house at the foot of Sandhornet. Close to hiking areas and chalk-white beaches. Large glass door to spacious terrace, shared with the main house. Enjoy the view from a 150 cm Jensen continental bed that is lovely to lie in. Compact living for two with kitchenette, fridge, oven, hob and sink. Kitchen table with chairs and spacious bathroom with shower. Water-based underfloor heating provides a comfortable even temperature.
