If you like keeping fit, there are a number of mainstream gyms nearby, but why do that when you have the beach and great walking tracks just at your door step. The light rail / tram is so easy to the city, or simply walk or ride. One secure parking space is available onsite. On the doorstep is Newport Lakes precinct, comprising of self guided walks, birdlife, dog walking and great picnic spots.
