We had a pleasant stay. The home was clean, check-in was easy, and communication with the host was smooth. The location worked well for our plans, the pool was out of order and the neighborhood was quiet. A few minor things could use some updating, but overall it served our needs and we appreciated the hospitality.

Spotlessly, immaculately clean. Cozy. Super fast WiFi. Everything one could possibly want for. Just as described. The hosts are just the greatest people you’ll ever meet… I could go on about why I always stay here when I’m on the Cape, but this place is second to none. Thanks Gonzalo & Beatriz!!

We enjoyed our stay at Ann's place. Very well decorated and exactly as described. The welcome gift basket was a pleasant surprise and nothing I've experienced before. It was a beautiful, unique and well kept place!

My boyfriend, our dogs and I had a great weekend getaway! It was quiet and peaceful, and the location was beautiful. There was plenty of space for all staying and Debra was very friendly and helpful. Huge choice of nearby restaurants and activities. The only downfall was inability to swim in the pond itself due to bacteria counts - totally out of Debra's control! She was able to give us recommendations on other swimming spots and we had a fantastic time swimming with our pups. Would absolutely recommend and hope to stay here again!

I can’t describe how amazing Julie’s space was. She was accommodating with both arrival and departure. The apartment was so comfortable and clean, tastefully decorated and ready to welcome any guest. We were so pleased upon arrival to find everything we needed and could have wanted. Julie’s place is the model of what you would want in an Airbnb! We will definitely recommend to our friends and will look to stay again when we are in the area.

This is our second stay in this room, we will make this our annual anniversary getaway. The location is perfect; across the street from the beach, and a 5-10 minute walk to many restaurants. The walk is beautiful too. The street is quiet and although the building is right on the street it felt private. The room has just what you need and doesn’t feel too small, there was plenty of room and didn’t feel cramped at all. Furnishings were beautiful and simple. We are thoroughly impressed with this host and will be back again next year ❤️.

This was a perfect little spot we could escape to for the long weekend! We could have our dogs which was a huge plus for us and plenty of space to walk around for them - although it is on a small country road - it's not busy traffic wise at all which is great. It's an 8 min drive (or uber - easy to get) to downtown falmouth so you're super close despite feeling super private in nature. Would absolutely recommend.

This place was great! Perfect for a solo, quick getaway. Jacob and Payton were responsive and informative. Would definitely book again if I was in the area.

We were in town for a reunion and stayed for three nights. It was fantastic to have a place to grab a nap between events and freshen up and change for dressy nighttime events because it was so close. Nighttime was extremely restful and the bed was very comfortable. The grounds were beautiful and the geese and ducks were charming. Our hosts were very warm. Great stay!

Wonderful hosts with a very nice property. The airbnb appartment is very clean, quiet and well located. Enough space for stuff or cooking lovers. We also enjoyed the pool very much. If you are discovering the cape, it is a perfect starting point for the north (P-Town, iconic beach next door, Nausea etc.). Ferry to ACK is also very close. I highly recommend the place. Do not forget to dine at Mac‘s Shack.

The AirBnB apartment was very well located, in a peaceful place and 5 minutes walk to the beach.... It's like we had our condominium in Cape Cod. When the time comes, it will be my choice #1.

Lovely, quiet, spacious apartment in a beautiful neighborhood. Close to beaches, good dining, hiking, playground, and centrally located near several downtown areas. Host is so friendly and responsive. Would love to stay here again.

Richard’s casita was just perfect! Duxbury is lovely…we truly enjoyed our little getaway! Cannot wait to return to this beautiful escape! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

My fiancé, dog Bandit, and I stayed here for a few days and it was comfortable & had everything we needed. The private beach was a 10/10. Perfect place to watch the sunrise and there are gray seals constantly swimming by near the shore, so cool!! Make sure you take a look at the ideas and recommendations that Patty left in the blue ring binder. I recommend the Rock Harbor Grill for dinner & Ice Cream Cafe for dessert. Close by to the awesome rail trail for dog walks and only a 50ish minute drive to the tip of the Cape Cod National Seashore. I will say BEWARE of ticks if you’re walking your dog. They are plentiful in Cape Cod, believe it or not. Finally, Patty was a wonderful host. We would definitely choose this Airbnb when visiting Cape Cod again.

Peaceful stay in Eastham. Beautiful place and amenities. We biked to the Rail Trail and to First Encounter Beach. Kayaks were a nice touch though the mosquitoes prevented us from using them. I loved the porch swing and the kitchen is super cute!

Lori's place was fantastic, and she and her husband made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The house was amazing and very relaxing; it truly felt like home. I don't typically write reviews, but I had to because my family and I were truly amazed. We'll be recommending Lori's place to all our family and friends visiting the Cape. With Onset Beach just down the street and a short drive to the Cape, you don't have to go far to enjoy a beautiful beach.

Fantastic place, beautifully appointed, great location. Highly recommend staying here. Everything is within walking distance. Loved the rooftop deck and jacuzzi. Probably the most comfortable beds, linens and pillows we’ve ever experienced in our many air bnb stays. Extremely comfortable.

Great for families. The kids loved the indoor pool, the calm beach and the activity center (puzzles, games, other families and kids, hot dog and ice cream socials). The staff at the hotel were friendly and had lots of recommendations for things to do in the area. The room was comfortable and clean, with a kitchenette and there was a community kitchen to cook meals down the hall. Towels, lounge chairs , and daily maid service were included. Next time, I will bring eye masks as it’s very bright in the morning through the blinds and a fan to circulate the air conditioning into the bedroom. Thank you Diane for hosting us- we had a great time!

My group of four enjoyed a long weekend stay at this property. James and his team were extremely responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The space was as pictured with a spacious living room and well stocked kitchen. The pool and hot tub may have been our favorite amenities though, as we used both of them. Quiet street that is a short walk away from the center of town. Very accessible, comfortable, and feels like home.

This was the perfect place for a couple’s trip to the Cape. The condo is in a quiet neighborhood, and the space has everything you need. There are also plenty of restaurants to visit and activities to do all within a 20 minute drive. Inman Beach was the closest beach we visited, and it was a quick 10 minute walk away and the beach chairs provided by Elizabeth were very convenient. I would highly recommend staying here!

This house had such an exceptional energy to it, it was so peaceful. The hosts are unbelievably welcoming and helpful! You can quickly tell how remarkable this place is. It was such a pleasure to stay in this house and explore the island this weekend. It was our first time on MV and it was wonderful. The beach was so close and relaxing, and amazing restaurants a just a short walk down the street! A huge thank you to the hosts for allowing us to stay in their beautiful home, it was just what we needed for a relaxing weekend.

Lynn was a great Host. She was very responsive . the unit is very clean and everything you need is at your fingertips. I would definitely stay again.
