Villa holiday rentals in Sane

We had a great stay! We picked this place mostly for the 3 bedrooms (so our little kids could space out & sleep) & pool. The outdoor space was incredible - stunning pool, comfortable chairs by the pool, big outdoor table, and plenty of sun/shade. The inside was very clean. 2 of the 3 bedrooms are very small. It wasn’t a problem for us because we spent most of our time outside or traveling to beaches, but just beware if you are planning for a crib in a room. The basement room is very big, just has a pull out couch as a bed. The kitchen was small but had the basics, and no table inside. The bathrooms are tiny and water spills out of the shower some. Water pressure and hot water were great though! The location was central and easy to drive to beaches nearby (Siviri fav beach, Afytos fav village). There is a beach about 30m away, but it is rocky with no chairs. The hosts were responsive and helpful, on the property a lot. Neighbors are close but bushes create privacy. Quiet and safe area!

Great place for the family. A private place with lots of room. Big Yard. The Garden was a plus.

Everything was great . The house is well equipped. Baby cot , baby chair , toys , espresso machine, Netflix , welcome bottle of wine and beer.. Garden is big , clean and beautiful. The house under canopy of trees in a quiet area is ideal for vacations with children. The nearest beach is a 5min walk and 1min by car and have a free parking.The hosts are very kind . Recommend place.

Amazing place and host. Not next to the beach but close by and the view is beautiful. Host was very responsive and helpful. House was clean and had everything you need.

Thank you for the excellent location you have provided. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool very carefully maintained daily and we stayed at home. Very close to Sani Beach with access to free parking and lots of useful information from the one who received us. We ate very well on his recommendation and visited so many beautiful places that he showed us when we made check in.

Villa in the Sani forest with a fantastic garden, as shown in the pictures. 20 min walk (a bit uphill/downhill but it wasn't a problem for us) or 5 min with the car to the most beautiful beach on Halkidiki. Good communication with the host. *My only suggestion would be to change the mattress in the master bedroom since it is too soft and it is very difficult for two people to sleep without rolling toward each other and waking up. Everything else was great, we would visit again.

The place was impeccably clean and well-maintained, making it a comfortable and inviting space. The amenities were exactly as described and in excellent condition, which added to the overall comfort of my stay. Saule was an exceptional host, always responsive and helpful whenever I had questions or needed assistance. The location was convenient and very quiet and peaceful. Overall, I felt that the stay offered great value for the price. I highly recommend staying to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free experience.

The house is just perfect! There is nothing more i would like for for my family vacation! Hosts are the kindest and positive people ever! They welcomed us not just with a bottle of wine and huge basket of fresh fruits, but a fridge full of local farm foods! We also had a cleaning service every other day by choice all included in our stay. Just amazing , all of it, its my new favorite place to stay in Sani! Highly recommend!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It was the best! "Greek summer is a mindset"

We had a wonderful stay at Panagiotis’ place and enjoyed the house! Initially it appears overpriced in comparison to other houses around, but once you spend some time in there you understand why it is more expensive. The house is well thought through and has everything a holiday house needs in terms of equipment from outdoor portable speaker, barbecue to small details such as mosquito repellent. There is also direct access to a small beach through a pathway. Panagiotis is fast and responsive and his welcoming attitude contributed to the positive experience with things like welcome package consisting of a wine bottle and fruits and air conditioning switched on on arrival among other things.

The villa was beautiful! Perfect for families or friends. Very peaceful and private, the beach was very nice and not too crowded. The host was very friendly and tried to help us with everything we needed.

Great apartment. Everything is as described , the kitchen is equipped with everything you need , a sufficient number of towels and pastel linen, which was changed after three days . A great location in relation to the sea (50 meters), beaches, restaurants, the center of the village with shops. The terrace is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The only downside is the water pressure and some plumbing in the bathrooms (there are three). Otherwise, everything is just wonderful!

The place was superb. Clean, calm, with a nice view of the sea. The hosts were very kind and responsive. The breakfast was unique and varied. Nina brought us breakfast every morning with a wonderful smile and filled us with positive energy even before we tried the amazing food.

We had a great time at Elita and Thomas's home. The description is more than what we expected. The advantages were the perfect welcome, the splendid view of the sea and its sunset. The calm, the comfort, the private pool allowed us to have a great holiday, not to mention the beautiful beaches nearby. The equipment and cleanliness were there. Thank you for introducing us to this beautiful region of Greece through your recommendations, our families were delighted to stay at your place.

The stay at the villa was very nice, the surroundings are quiet & very nice. It is not far to the sea. All household appliances worked well, everything you needed was there. Unfortunately, you are no longer allowed to use the beautiful coal grill outside because there is a risk of fire. But Stelios immediately organized & built us a new electric grill the next day. The pool was clean & was unexpectedly cleaned again while we were there.

A very nice location, a gorgeous garden, well maintained, full of greenery, clean, very well positioned, 3 minutes on foot from the sea. Hosts very welcoming, kind. To mention: In the same yard are the hosts, plus there is a 3 bedroom apartment with a small yard within ( inside) the same locations. Thanks for everything!

We stayed with 4 people at this nice house and felt really welcomed. The house has everything we expected and the pool was great after a long day out exploring the area. The GYM was for free and a nice touch. We would certainly come back.

Eva was fantastic throughout our stay. Her home is beautifuly decorated, with lots of care and attention to detail. It has absolutely everything you need to feel at home. Location is a bit off the grid for a peaceful, quiet stay, but the beach across the street is lovely, the village is nearby, and there are lots of other places to visit within 30 min drive. We could only stay for a few days but would not hesitate to stay longer next time. Thank you Eva for the warm, attentive welcome!

Very good location

The stay at Kassandra Villa was amazing, the Host or the Daughter of the Host was very friendly, helpful and caring. If we had questions or any favor, she quickly responded. The Apartment itself was clean, comfortable and very modern. The AC worked perfectly and we had no problems. The Daughter of the Host was friendly enough to recommend us restaurants nearby and also breathtaking beaches.

We had a 3-night stay in Halkidiki at this beautiful home. Our host was extremely kind and supportive, assisting us with everything we needed throughout our stay. The house itself stands out in the area for being quite new and having a stunning design. It provided a high level of comfort, especially for larger families. Aggeliks's place was the perfect place to celebrate my 50th Birthday. Stunning house, great service and magical sunsets. The house is beautifully decorated and well positioned to be out of the hustle of the main town but close enough to enjoy the amenities of the city! We loved this villa, as it makes you feel like you live in a haven. This was definitely a luxury retreat and we would definitely travel back once the circumstances let us to.
