It was our first time at an air bnb. The location is great and has beautiful view of the lake. Felt like home, cooked meals ourselves grocery is available at Bhat provisional store just 25 meters away Bhat uncle (and Aunty) has every thing you need and he doesn't mind even if you buy 2 tomatos, 3 potatoes etc. Master bed room with attached balcony and bathroom is better than any 5 star hotel I have stayed so far. We (Me, wify and two children 18 and 13) spent lot of time in living room together as it was raining in Nainital most of the time . Overall we had a blast, Jai provided clearcut directions and offerd full refund as it there were past complaints of water scarcity. We didn't feel any water scarcity. Meenu the caretaker was very pleasant and courteous we didn't use her services for cooking but she ensured that place and kitchen is clean. in past I have stayed in Nainital in hotel with veiw but closer to mall, lot of noice pollution. This property is higher on hill hence peaceful.

The place is great and the view is amazing. The food is good too and pretty reasonable. The path to the place is a bit tricky but otherwise all great.

Had went to spend the place ! Free from disturbance from traffic to find peace ! A chill place to hang around with great friends ! And guess what it happened to be wow! The place is amazing kiran uncle the best host! The view from balcony of bhimtal! The weather made all of it more great! The bestest thing the best memories ! We had an incredible stay at this Airbnb property in Nainital. The owner went above and beyond by organizing an amazing bonfire party, which made our evenings unforgettable. The staff were extremely cooperative and attentive to our needs. The food they prepared was absolutely delicious, adding to the overall fantastic experience. I stayed at Varun and Ssumedha’s place with my family. It was a delightful stay. The place is exactly as shown in the pictures. The view from the balcony is stunning. There were board games as well to keep kids entertained. Varun was extremely responsive right from the beginning and he made sure our stay was comfortable.

The place is just 5-10 minutes away from the Bhimtaal by vehicle and is well maintained. Anushka is sucha proactive host, she loves her guests and is pretty invested and determined to make the stay a fabulous one for her guests. She will make you feel like you know her for too long and her recommendations about the places that you must visit are just spot-on… Surender bhaiya is a sweetheart, he made sure everything was comfortable for us during our stay, from the time he came to pick us up near the bhim taal To the day we left… Definitely will come back here.

We had a wonderful stay here for 2 days. The place was easily located and exactly as showed in pictures. Home cooked food was delicious and Kamal and Prem were both available at all times for anything we needed. The garden space was beautiful amidst nature - fave part of the place where one can have a cup of tea amidst nature and mountains. I was traveling with my dog and she had a great time too. It is a fenced house and she had access to the whole place. Would definitely visit again!

The place was exactly as shown in the pictures. The check-in was easy. The rooms were clean, beds all made up, toilets were well maintained. Kitchen was great. The best part was the location. It was beautiful, the property is surrounded by mountains, it is a quiet and peaceful place. The lake is just in front of the property. One thing I would like to add is that the lake is not accessible directly from the property, for that you have to go around the property, which is not much of a task though. The caretaker was helpful and could also cook food if told him beforehand. The only problem I encountered there was of mobile network. Jio network did not work there but Vodafone-Idea worked flawlessly. The place doesn't have a WiFi which is not a big issue, but would be cherry on top if made available. Overall the stay was excellent, the rooms were huge and there was also provision of bonfire.

very cozy place to stay ☺️. The apartment is exactly as shown in photos.Sanya is very helpful regarding personal requirements or suggestions and the place is walkable from the mall road, just a little steep while walking back to apartment.(no issue if u have personal vehicle) The house is very clean and well maintained. Also the small touch ups makes it even more pretty. I totally recommend this place for anyone visiting Nainital.😄

This stay was beyond our imagination for we a group of 4 traveling together. So there's a list of things that helped cater our holiday in it's best. First the apartment is Huge, in a safe building with guard present 24×7, perfectly located between Naukuchiatal and Bhimtal, away from all the annoying noises at the same time, perfect to enjoy the tranquility. The building has ample space for the car to be parked safe, it even has a well kept lawn. The house is exceptionally decorated kinda colonial, in its first glance it looked Rich, spotless, Big TV with a super broadband, Big and clean washrooms, perfect wifi speed, kitchen well stocked, checklisted with all the amenities, Sleep quality awesome, and in particular I am fallen in love with the central chandelier in living room. Reeta is an amazing host, very humble and didn't leave a stone unturned to let us feel home during our 2 nights stay. God bless.. I am coming back !!
