Beach condo holiday rentals in Sanibel Island

There were extensive directions, which made everything very easy! The host also checked in with us after we got there and was super responsive. We loved how close and accessible the beach was! We would stay here again!

absolutely gorgeous condo with walkout to the beach. it was spacious and clean and he was accommodating in allowing us to get in a little earlier than normal check in. high recommend this place I will defiantly be booking here again!

We loved our stay here! The hardest decision each day was whether to swim in the pool first or go to the beach. The condo was sparkling clean and had everything we needed. We were super impressed and found lots to do on the island including the farmers market on Sunday, a drive through the Ding Darling nature preserve, a visit to the shell Museum, Island Pizza for dinner one night and a shaded playground for the kids. What a great week!

The condo was great! It was everything we were looking for. The beach is super close! Even closer than the pictures look! So many shells were found on the beach. Didn’t even need to go to another beach. Went on a private charter recommended by the host and the captain was great! We had dolphins jumping in the boat wake, went to an island only accessible by boat and found SOOOO many shells and the guys fished their hearts out! Truly an amazing vacation! Just note as of June 2024 the island is in construction mode. There was lots of banging as early as 7am! We knew that before we went and weren’t bothered much by it, but if you need all day quite the island isn’t ready for you!

We highly recommend Andrew & Megan's beautiful condo! Every detail is excellent!; the best place where we stayed. It's clean and beautiful, the master bedroom, the kitchen, the in-unit washer and dryer (a plus!), the storage room (a plus!), the lanai!, the parking, the nice pool, and last but not least, the beach just steps away. We couldn't ask for more, everything was excellent, A+.

We had a great stay at Susan‘s place. just walk across the parking lot and you are on the beach. There is lots of construction still going on in landscaping projects to the property. This is understandable considering all the hurricane damage and we knew that the pool was not going to be available prior to our reservation not that we would’ve used it anyway .Susan‘s home was very clean. The kitchen had everything you could imagine for whatever kind of meal you wanted to make . She even had beach chairs and shell bags in the extra closet available for our use! There was plenty of bath towels and beach towels also available . The beds were very comfortable. Susan communicated very well with us. We knew that the elevator was going to be down for a couple of days prior to our arrival not her fault just something that happens. We did not use the extra amenity programs that the condo area has for guests. We did use the new Pickleball courts and had a great time🙂We would rent here again

This unit looks just like the pictures, no surprises! Super clean & cute. Beach view great! Highly recommend!

We had an amazing week in Sanibel. We had the pool to ourselves and it was an easy walk to the beach. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the furniture was higher quality than most airbnbs. It was also helpful that they let you know that they only provide one toilet paper roll, dishwasher tab, garbage bag etc so you can bring a few extra from home instead of having to buy more than you need. The elevator did break twice during our stay but the management company was very responsive and it was fixed the next day. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing stay!

I had a great visit atJeff’s place. His condo has all the essentials and was in a very good location with easy access to pool, hot tub, tennis courts, etc. I hope to come back again.

Our stay at Yenny’s condo was great! She communicated quickly whenever I reached out before our stay and even contacted us once we were there asking if we needed a packnplay! The location is close to the grocery store, restaurants and Cape Coral beach. We hope the condo is available in the future when needed as our stay couldn’t have been better. Thank you, Yenny

Very close to the beach - nice calm location!

Lisa was an excellent host. She was quick to respond and very helpful acclimating to the area. The Airbnb is located conveniently to many area activities. We stayed for a month and never ran out of things to do. The pool was a nice plus for Florida weather. Overall, we would highly recommend Lisa’s place to anyone who wants a quality place to stay in the Fort Meyers area.

We stayed for a month and had a wonderful time. Quiet corner unit, pool was great, beach is beautiful and close enough to walk. Walking paths make it safe. Friendly neighborhood. Super Walmart and Publix very close. Tanya was extremely accommodating, and always available for questions and assistance. We will be back!

This is a beautiful condo and the best AB&B my wife have stayed in. Paul is a great host and has the condo spotless and furnished beautifully. Pool and Hot Tub easy access and other tenants very friendly. We will definitely be back.

I loved this place! We are hoping to stay here again in May. It was just like the pictures but even better. The lake was amazing and it was so quiet and peaceful. Thank you for making our trip memorable.

We had a wonderful stay in the adorable and roomy studio we stayed it. Perfect fot two. Fabulous view. Great location if you want to wake up and go to bed and see the ocean. Coffee taste better at the beach. The rinse station super nice. Pool was very nice. I can’t tell you all the restaurants we went to amd had great food at all of them. So many beaches to explore. Thank you to our hostess! Cute decor.

Thomas was a wonderful host! He was quick to respond and gave wonderful suggestions for things to do and see on the island. The condo was clean and spacious and the location is convenient to the restaurants and shopping. The ocean view was amazing!

This was the perfect place to stay for our girls trip! The unit surpassed our expectations. The hosts were very responsive and extremely helpful. The unit was clean, the beds were comfortable and it had everything we needed to enjoy our stay! We highly recommend this rental! And we can’t wait to return next year!

We loved the place, such a great place to watch sunset. We loved the location, cleanliness and recommendations of things to do nearby. Will recommend this place to anyone who would want to stay close to the beach and like a clean place to stay during vacation.

This place was absolutely amazing! All the kitchen accessories, bedroom amenities, and beach stuff provided was top notch. The location right on the beach provided a cool breeze even on the hot days. Sunset views and so many shells. Gulf and pool water were the perfect temperature. We used the bikes and there were plenty to choose from. Gorgeous spot all around!

If I could give 6 🌟, I would. This is our second stay with Holly. To say she is responsive is an understatement! We were thrilled with our stay. We love everything about the condo…the bed and pillows are exceptionally comfortable. We made great use of the beach chairs and umbrellas since each day was filled with sunshine. We enjoyed walking and visited some of the restaurants we’d enjoyed in the past. Watched sunsets from Holly’s screened in balcony and on the beach. It is great to see Captiva recovering. Without hesitation, we would stay in the condo AGAIN! Really a super host!

We had a really nice relaxing stay. We would definitely like to book again in the future. Great location and great beds. The beach was just steps away. We loved having a washer and dryer and the condo was clean. We borrowed an umbrella during the week and it was nice to have beach items to use if we needed them. The kitchen appliances were functional, clean. and up to date. We had a problem with the dryer; however, the problem was quickly resolved by maintenance. Great support staff. Thank you for the wonderful stay!!

This is the perfect place! The beach is beautiful, the view is amazing, and the living space is great! We will definitely be back. The pool was a bonus. This is walking distance to restaurants, coffee shop, and a beach shop. We had six in our group and there was plenty of space. The screened in porch was great. The only heads up to guests is to read the welcome email if you are checking in after hours- it will tell you exactly where to go. We had no problem. Can’t wait to go back! It’s perfect.
