The entire house is reserved for families and friends.It is less than 5-minute drive from the center of Niigata and within a 5-minute drive to the sea, and within walking distance to Minami.There is a moat along the road in front of the guest house with goldfish and carp swimming.You can play on the sidewalk, as well as the kids.It can accommodate up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms (1 Queen size bed, 4 single size beds and 2 sofa beds).The beds are made of Simmons mattresses and French beds mattresses.Enjoy your stay with the hospitality of a luxury hotel and a home away from home.

Heavy snowfalls right outside your house. Yuzawa is known across Japan for some of the best snow in the mainland. One minute walk to the ski lift. Once you go up the mountain you can take the cable car to GALA Yuzawa where you can get other lifts as well without descending the mountain. Parking is DIY. If you want to park in front, you must shovel snow by yourself. Otherwise park in the ski lift parking lot or at our partner, Hattori Rental. We will pay for costs incurred at lift parking lot

The closest public onsen is just 50 meters down the road and free to use for our guests. You live above the famous Swiss bakery for your daily bread, pastry and Pizza supply. Other Japanese Restaurants are close by too.
