Experience Our apartment "Harz passion" is located in the climatic spa town of Sankt Andreasberg in the Upper Harz at an altitude of 580 m and offers a fantastic mountain panoramic view of the bell tower. Perfectly located, right on the high-altitude hiking trail that stretches around the beautiful mountain town, you can enjoy the magnificent nature. They live in a modern, very stylishly furnished apartment, where of course your dear four-legged friends are also welcome.

Our apartment has about 70 m² of living space divided into 3 rooms, hallway and bathroom, a great size for 4 to 6 people. The center of life (dining area, sofa/TV area and kitchen) is lovingly and cozily furnished. The bedroom with 1.8 x 2 meter double bed is very spacious and has a separate access, as well as the center of life, to the large (18 m²) south balcony. Our sleeping loft is equipped with a high-quality 3-story bed. Your own sauna to feel good.

-Apartment no. 1- Our vacation apartments are located 300 m walk directly on Matthias-Schmidt-Berg and directly on the MSB-X-Trail bike park. In each apartment, with fully equipped kitchen and private bathroom, you can rest and relax completely at night in our absolutely quiet location before the next adventure in the Harz Mountains awaits you. We are very proud of the apartments we have renovated and hope that you will also like them very much!

From a bright bathroom with bathtub, to a bedroom with cozy box spring bed, to a large living area with open kitchen and access to the tasteful balcony (about 12 sqm).

This is how to stay on vacation: Three double bedrooms and three shower rooms, a superbly equipped kitchen, fireplace, dining room, small pantry kitchen on the slope, a large furnished terrace area and a fantastic view of the Harz Mountains from everywhere. A double bedroom and a shower room are located on the sloping floor and are accessible via a rustic staircase from the first floor.

Das 42 qm (2 Zimmer) große Apartment "Chalet Emma 2" in Sankt Andreasberg wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail im Jahr 2021/2022 vollständig kernsaniert. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in zentraler, aber dennoch ruhiger Lage. Das Apartment zeichnet insbesondere eine moderne Ausstattung im gemütlichen Chaletstil sowie den herrlichen Blick auf den Matthias Schmidt Berg aus.

Bungalow between the sound of the forest and the chirping of birds: the ideal place to escape from everyday life. In 2020, as a family project, we renovated the bungalow with natural materials. Minimalist design between Scandi Chic and built-in forest. Hiking in the Harz Mountains or relaxing on the sofa - our accommodation fulfills all vacation wishes.

Lütte Hütte

The flat is lovingly furnished and has a large balcony with a breathtaking view. Situated a few hundred metres away from St. Andreasberg, it is wonderfully quiet, yet everything is within walking distance.
