Olive oil, vinegar, salt, sugar and other basics are available. LIVING ROOM --> TV, 6 seats dining table, sofa bed (can accomodate one more person), USB speakers, luggage storage BATHROOM --> XL shower, WC, bidet, hair dryer, curling iron BEDROOM --> seaview from the bed, 160X195cm bed with premium bedding sets, big double closet with drawers and hangers, roller shutters. -- > + A WELCOME TREAT ! The flat is entirely available for you. It is ideal for 2 people but can accomodate 1 more on the sofa bed. You can either access the building from the main door which works with a magnetic key or from the private parking (Floor -2). Either me or a co-host will welcome you at the check-in. I am helpful, reliable and precise, exactly as I would like my Airbnb host to be when I travel as a guest. In order to assist you, I have prepared a very detailed House Manual that you will receive by email when you complete your booking. I am cooperative, easy going and willing to satisfy your requests. Just feel free to contact me ! The apartment is in a scenic location facing the Golfe Bleu, a romantic spot of the Cote D'Azur. Go for a picturesque walk along the cliffside trails, spread out on the sunny beaches a short walk away, and experience Monaco's famous sights nearby. The flat location is suitable both for those who like to have a panoramic walk or for those who rather prefer to take the car to explore the area. Principality of Monaco is 4 minutes away by car, while it takes 20 minutes to reach the border on foot. The Nice international airport is 35 mins away by car (34 km). A great transportation option to/from the airport is the Airport Express bus (# 110) which connects both Nice airport terminals to Menton and makes a stop 1 minute walking distance from my flat. The Bus #100 stops 1 minute from the flat (4 Chemins roundabout) and goes from Menton to Nice, passing through Monaco. PARKING --> The garage is a great plus of my flat as parking on the street in this area is quite difficult. It is very easily accessible from the main road and it is connected to the flat through an elevator. Garage size: 4.9m (length) X 2.8m (width) x 1.85m (height).

Welcome to Beaulieu-sur-Mer, a seaside resort located between Nice and Monaco, on the mythical "seaside road" along the French Riviera. Switch to daylight saving time and discover the shops, restaurants, beaches and harbor on foot. The SNCF train station is located 200 m away, and the bus stop is 300 m away (line 100) every 15 minutes in the direction of Nice or Monaco Warning, certain condominium rules must be respected, no parties or loud music after 10:30 p.m. The apartment door closes automatically, make sure you keep the keys in your hand when you leave. When you check out at the end of your stay, make sure all used towels are left in the bathtub. The dishwasher and refrigerator must be emptied as well as the garbage cans, which will then be taken down to the garbage room located on -1 of the building (door to the right of the elevator). Cardboard and plastics can be placed in the yellow bins. The apartment must be returned in a suitable state of cleanliness. The kitchenette must be left as it was on arrival. Towels (1 large, 1 medium and 1 guest) are provided per person per week, but additional sets can be provided for guests for an additional fee. Laundry should only be hung inside the balcony on the drying rack.
