Large independent studio in a private villa in the mountains that offers you quiet and exceptional sea views, 20 minutes from Saint-Denis. The studio is attached to my villa, it has a separate entrance, in a recent and secure residence, unlimited access to the pool. The Sapotes Bungalow

In a villa 200 m above sea level with heated pool: small independent bungalow in garden (master bedroom, double bed, shower room, outdoor kitchen). Shared access to a covered terrace with a large table, garden and pool. We have two lovely dogs in the garden. There is an extra €6 per night if there are 2 of you. Local shops within 10 min walk. Saint-Paul center is a 20-minute drive and beaches are 30 minutes away. Public transport is possible but complicated.

Studio of about 21 m² on the 12th step, in the owner's house, a veranda awaits you with a barbecue for grilling, table and 2 chairs, if you smoke, an ashtray is provided only in this place. The apartment is located about 10 minutes from Boucan canot Beach, 15 min from the lagoon. The situation is also perfect for hiking lovers as we are on the road to The Maido and the Grand Bénare.
