Holiday rentals with beach access in Sant Antoni, Eixample

From the moment we arrived at the apartment, everything was spectacular. Both the welcome from Cloe and the communication with Laura by messages, always attentive and responding quickly. She was willing to help throughout our stay and the apartment is really beautiful, impeccable and with an extraordinary location. We will definitely be back!!

Very clean, tidy and welcoming. Close to a terrace area with a variety of food, metro and bus.

The location was perfect! Easy to walk or take public transport and there are many great restaurants in the neighborhood. There is also a grocery store just two blocks away and Mik provided us with a bottle of wine, so we are some meals in a well. Mik was super responsive if we had any questions and we felt very comfortable in his home. Highly recommended!

Thank you for letting me stay in your lovely apartment in Barcelona! Jordi gave me clear instructions on where and when to meet for check-in. As previous guests have mentioned, there are narrow stairs to get to the apartment, so it may not be so easy with a big suitcase or for less mobile people. However, I was aware of this beforehand, and it didn't bother me. The apartment was clean and comfortable. I was so happy there was air conditioning during the Barcelona summertime. :)

This listing was great and convenient for travelers. It’s easy walking to the Museum of Art, too many local restaurants to choose and right next to the bus and metro lines in case you decide to explore further. The ac units worked very well and though in a busy, bustling area it was never too noisy to rest at night. Great property, no complaints.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Beatriz and Susana's elegant apartment overlooking the iconic Paseo Gracia! It was very conveniently located in the heart of Barcelona. Not only that, but the apartment itself was very clean and organized offering everything we needed. Would love to stay again in the future.

A perfect stay in a beautiful apartment! We had an exceptional time in this superb Haussmann-style apartment, ideally located on Plaça Catalunya — the heart of Barcelona. The apartment is extremely well-equipped, comfortable, spacious, and tastefully decorated. But what really made the difference was Jordi's welcome. An exceptional, caring and generous host. He took the time to show us around the apartment, share his best recommendations for discovering the city... and, the icing on the cake, he even brought a box filled with toys for our son. A delicate attention that has touched us a lot. We will return 100%, it is an address to keep preciously! Thank you Jordi for everything.

Everything as promised and better! Our stay at this home was excellent from start to finish. Everything exactly matched the listing description: clean, well equipped, comfortable, and in a great location. Communication with the host was quick, clear, and friendly at all times. The apartment was spotless on our arrival, with every thoughtful detail: from bed linen to kitchen utensils. Also, it was noticeable that they think about guest comfort. The best thing is that there were no unpleasant surprises, everything was just as we expected (or even better!), which is greatly appreciated when one travels. It was such a good experience that we would definitely book this place again in the future. 100% recommended!

Juliana was a great host and the house matched the description very well. It was perfect for 8 friends of 40 years celebrating a 60th birthday and was a great location for local beach bars and restaurants (short walk), Barcelona (bus or train) and Sitges (train). The facilities were great. It took a while to understand the instructions for the oven to heat pizzas up and perhaps a toaster would've been useful but neither of these things affected our high opinion of the house overall. An extremely clean and tidy inside and outside area. I would definitely recommend.

We stayed here for 4 days, Jaume was really helpful in providing a binder filled with recommendations, maps & bus and train routes, and taxi numbers to get around in Barcelona! We loved the outdoor terrance. The neighborhood feels very safe and peaceful, a lot nearby cafes and restaurants, and even an outdoor & indoor shopping mall! It’s also a short walk from the bus stop and the train stations.

From the moment we booked until we left, she was extremely proactive and communicative full of recommendations and ready to assist with our every need. Her home was in a great location, literally 2 minutes from the beach, train station, groceries and restaurants - the perfect location! The terrace was beautiful and a great spot for relaxing, working or an outdoor meal. It was fully stocked with everything you could need for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay. We would definitely stay here again. She welcomed us in person with local treats and immediately responded to any questions/concerns we had. Beautiful home in a great location, perfectly situated between Barcelona and Girona. House complete with all amenities needed with a lovely seating area outside. Wonderful host waiting for us on arrival to show us the house and offer local knowledge and advice. Would definitely recommend a stay here!

There were three of us at Trude and Miguel's and we are just thrilled! We felt very comfortable, the accommodation looks exactly like the photos and we lacked nothing. Trude welcomed us very warmly and showed us everything. We met Miguel the next day and both are super friendly and open. We also received very helpful tips for surrounding shopping, bars and restaurants. The beach is within walking distance. The accommodation is outside of Barcelona, but still easily accessible by bus and train. We really enjoyed escaping the hustle and bustle of the big city. Here you can relax and have a good time. We would love to come back and can only recommend it! ☺️🫶🏻

For a relaxing trip with friends, this is an amazing place. You can spend the day relaxing on the beach and come back to enjoy in a bbq. The public transport is nearby and there are many shops around the house. Silvia was very welcoming and helpful, with quick responses and great energy. I would definitely recommend it to anyone that wants to relax and visit Barcelona throughout the day. Will definitely come back again.

This was my third time staying with Jordi and Manel. Their home is always such a great home base when my friends and I visit Barcelona. It's close to the metro, in a quiet neighborhood with great restaurants nearby, and also a quick walk to the beach! On top of that, the place itself has everything you need and Jordi / Manel are ready to help anyway they can.

An amazing place. The location is stellar. Claudio was awesome. He provided information and suggestions on places to eat and the one we choose was amazing. He answered all questions in a timely manner and was attentive to hour needs.

Nathalia’s place was wonderful ! We would definitely come back again and recommend to others. Poblenou is a vibrant and great part of the city to stay in, within 5 minute walk to the beach. The air bnb was exactly as pictured and described. Others have mentioned having a problem with the garbage out front but it is simply the city containers that did not affect our stay whatsoever, and never smelled into the apartment. Thank you !

Alex was a fantastic host! We were given transportation recommendations & help with holding our luggage so we could get to a tour in the city the morning we arrived. The place was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view of the water and delightful breeze coming in from the balcony. The area was very nice & we had a quick 20 minute walk to a great restaurant. It was a fast stay for us but definitely worth it. Thank you for everything, Alex!!!

Mariona was a great host, the Department was very complete and everything worked out to perfection! the area is very quiet and very close to the beach, so I recommend staying here instead of other accommodations closer to downtown! We had a great time and will be back without hesitation

Great apartment and location! Right near the Metro station to easily get around. Host was great at communicating and helpful. He met us at the apartment and was flexible, letting us check in early which was helpful after arriving by train from Madrid. The views were great and the apartment had air conditioning!

Amazing place to stay at. Was close to everything within the city of Barcelona. Beach was right down the street. Food and shops were beyond expectations and core memories were created. Mo was always responsive and helpful in every way possible. Couldn’t say enough how amazing it was to stay here and the experiences were beyond words.

Alex and Olga were always very responsive and extremely accommodating. We arrived just before the supermarket nearby was about to close, and Alex showed us a shortcut and ran with us to make sure we had our groceries :) The place has absolutely everything you might need. The area is very calm and safe, and the beach is just a stone-throw away. Thank you Alex and Olga for your hospitality!
