Beautiful and clean apartment in a nice neighbourhood

Wonderful apartment located in Gracia, which has many great restaurants, bars, and shops. Close to Passeig de Gracia and other attractions. Apartment is great for 1-2 people. Spent a week and could have been longer! Apartment was clean and just like the pictures. Overall, highly recommend.

Lovely apartment and even more lovely hosts. We were feeling very fortunate to have found such a cozy apartment in the wonderful neighborhood of Sants. We wanted to feel like locals, and that's exactly what we got. The apartment is cozy and quiet, the street is idyllic, and the locals are friendly and warm. Nearby to several lovely grocery stores and restaurants, the walkable neighborhood is just perfect. We met Sam and he was just the most lovely man, he immediately removed air fresheners for me when I mentioned that I was sensitive to them, and did not like them. They were always available to answer questions and were very warm and personable.

We had a great weekend at Mercedes. Mercedes is a very pleasant person, smiling, always available to discuss and help. More than a host, it's like she's family. she gives good advice on visits and other things. Its housing is very well equipped, very functional and the pool a big plus after days of sightseeing in the heat! Barcelona is 30 mins by train and it takes 20 mins walk to reach the train station. There are buses to pass 50 m from his house but not often, especially on weekends. We ate at 1 great restaurant, La Ponderosa, 10 mins' walk away, where the paella and tapas are excellent and cheap! To summarize, I highly recommend Mercedes' accommodation, which is quiet and far from the hustle and bustle of Barcelona, for relaxing evenings and restful nights. We stayed at Victor & Paula's home recently whilst visiting Barcelona for our daughter's wedding. We could not have been more delighted with this amazing house. It is beautifully furnished, spacious, spotlessly clean in all areas and very comfortable. It is superbly equipped with everything a family could need for a wonderful stay. In addition to the fantastic kitchen, there is even a laundry room and a gym/play room in the basement. We absolutely loved the swimming pool, garden and terrace which was lovely for eating outside. The house is in a quiet, residential area, but the nearest underground station is only about a 7 minute walk, allowing easy access to all of Barcelona's attractions. The buses also run frequently from the end of the road. There is an excellent supermarket within a couple of minutes walk with everything you could need as well as some cafes within walking distance. Victor, Paula and Carla were kind and helpful hosts and were always quick to reply. Amazing

Juliana was a great host and the house matched the description very well. It was perfect for 8 friends of 40 years celebrating a 60th birthday and was a great location for local beach bars and restaurants (short walk), Barcelona (bus or train) and Sitges (train). The facilities were great. It took a while to understand the instructions for the oven to heat pizzas up and perhaps a toaster would've been useful but neither of these things affected our high opinion of the house overall. An extremely clean and tidy inside and outside area. I would definitely recommend.

We stayed here for 2 weeks and had a great time. The cottage is located in a quiet neighborhood and cozy village, where you can find various shops and also a market. There are several cities such as Mataró and Barcelona that we have visited at a short distance. Upon arrival, a large fruit bowl was ready for us and the (fridge) cupboard was filled! The cottage is exactly big enough for 2 people. We made extensive use of the shared outdoor space with swimming pool, which were not used by Toni and Olga during our stay. Around the evening there are mosquitoes, so they have brought a lot of things for that, such as candles. It is wise to bring your own anti-mosquito spray if you want to sit outside in the evening. Toni and Olga are very hospitable, they responded quickly to questions or requests.

A lovely place just to the north of the centre of Vilanova - - so easy to walk down through the picturesque streets to the Rambla Principale and onto the beach etc. Similarly easy to walk to the train station. Typically for the location the property is tall and narrow with lots of stairs / step so probably not best suited to those with limited mobility or small children etc.. We love the individuality of the furnishings. The upper floor is well suited for relaxing; the terrace is small but useful and a suntrap - -the sounds of the swifts/ swallows was lovely! The bedrooms and bathroom are ideal; good showers. i don't normally return to holiday destinations but I would certainly consider returning. Thanks Nuria and Santi.

Ivan's place was very beautiful and stunning. The pictures do not do it justice. We had some a pleasant and memorable time staying at Casa Sard. Ivan was also immeasurably helpful in helping us get to a very important event that is not walkable from his place in Vilanova. Great and friendly communication that is beyond superb. The rating should be more than 5 stars. Thanks Ivan for everything!

Had a fantastic 2 night stay - host was incredibly helpful and welcoming and catered to our needs. Only thing I would flag is that only one of the bedrooms has air conditioning - but a great stay nonetheless.

Very very nice villa.. Samir is very cooperative and helpful.. I had a problem in Barcelona and he helped me a lot and cooperated with me until the problem was solved.. One of the best hosts I have stayed with.. He answers my calls even at late hours. Thank you very much Samir

We’ve stayed in a number of air bnbs in Spain and France, and Rob’s place is our favorite. The location is great. The patios are lovely. Rob was very responsive and accommodating.

This Barcelona Airbnb was excellent—spacious, spotless, and perfect for our group stay. The layout made relaxing easy, with plenty of room for everyone. Location was ideal, close to major sights, restaurants, and transport. Thoughtful touches throughout made it feel like home. Highly recommend for groups seeking comfort and convenience.

I had a lovely stay at Eduard’s place. Firstly, the apartment has an amazing terrace with views of the sunset and Sagrada Familia. I did some remote work there and it was really comfortable with fresh air coming in from the balcony doors, and convenient with an ample sized table, and high speed wifi. Eduard met me for check in and provided some good local recommendations. I highly recommend this spot and would look to stay here again in the future.

Perfect house to stay these summer days in Barcelona. They are charming guys and they understand everything perfectly. If we return to Barcelona, no doubt we will repeat accommodation . 10/10

Very good experience, Mariona was very nice and welcoming host, we were later than expected, and she was touched and apologetic in order to wait for us to stay in for our missed and family's weekend dinner.It's a good value house in Barcelona, close to the beach and peaceful.Downtown is easily accessible by bus and subway.If there is a chance I would like to visit Marinoa
