Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Sant Martí

i’ve stayed at a lot of places in my time for different work trips as a business owner. This house tops it off by far. Jenifer was an exceptional host always responding straight away. the house was beautiful and looked exactly like the pictures, was definitely worth the price without a doubt. Jenifer catered to all of my needs aswell. Honestly can’t say a bad word about the house, my stay or the experience. Best play i’ve stayed at to date.

We had a fantastic week-long stay as a group of five adults who were venturing back and forth to Barcelona. The property was beautiful, super clean, and peaceful - perfect for relaxing, with plenty of space both indoors and out. The pool is fantastic, and the surrounding area is stunning with some nice restaurants, a lovely beach, etc. The hosts were amazing, very welcoming and generous - they even left us local bread and wine on arrival! They struck the perfect balance of being friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything, while also giving us privacy. All five of us agreed that we would recommend the place to anyone looking for a tranquil getaway with easy access to local sights, as well as to Barcelona. We’d love to go back!

This place is a gem!! Not only were the accommodations clean, comfortable, and as described, Yolanda is a hostess who goes above and beyond to make her guests feel welcome and right at home. She provided so many extras, including a homemade chocolate cake and some delicious little orange fruits from the backyard orchard that we had never even seen before. Delicious!! She was quick to answer all our questions and even arranged a taxi to the airport for us. The house is located in Zone 1 of Barcelona’s public transportation system and is easy to get to. It took around 20 minutes to get to the main metro hub with all the connecting lines in downtown Barcelona. (We got the visitor Hola Travel card and never had any problems.) We’d definitely stay here again!

David ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist in einem gepflegten Zustand, die Ausstattung gut. Wir haben es genossen, außerhalb von Barcelona zu sein. Mit der S-Bahn hat man aber auch eine hervorragende Anbindung in die Stadt … alle 10 Minuten. Wir haben uns gut erholt.

We had such a wonderful time here, a beautiful private terrace and so peaceful yet right in the middle of the city, one of the best equipped places we’ve ever stayed too, with lots of info also provided on the nearby area, and Jaume was a very kind generous and friendly host. The best place we have stayed in the city over the years we’ve visited, and we immediately booked to return on our next visit!

Charly is an outstanding host - so accommodating, friendly, helpful, and really wanted us to enjoy his space and his neighborhood. The apartment is beautiful, very clean and fresh, fully stocked with all the necessities and more. The view and peacefulness from the private balcony is unmatched. As a host, Charly met us at check in, showed us how to work everything, and even personally drove us to the local train station so that we could find the way. I hope someday to return just to be able to stay at Charly’s place and enjoy the space.

We verbleven hier 2 weken en hebben het ontzettend naar ons zin gehad. Het huisje bevindt zich in een rustige wijk en gezellig dorp, waar je verschillende winkels kunt vinden en ook een markt. Op kleine afstand zitten verschillende steden zoals Mataró en Barcelona die we hebben bezocht. Bij aankomst stond er een grote fruitschaal voor ons klaar en ook de (koel)kast was gevuld! Het huisje is precies groot genoeg voor 2 personen. We hebben veel gebruikgemaakt van de gedeelde buitenruimte met zwembad, deze werden niet door Toni en Olga gebruikt tijdens ons verblijf. Rond de avond zijn er wel muggen, daar hebben ze ook veel spullen voor in huis gehaald zoals kaarsen. Verstandig om ook zelf anti-muggen spray mee te nemen als je in de avond buiten wilt zitten. Toni en Olga zijn erg gastvrij, ze reageerden snel op vragen of verzoeken.

Silvia's flat in the Vila de Gracia neighborhood was perfect in location, and perfect quiet neighborhood feel. First of all, she was very sweet and personally greeted us, gave us instructions on how all the amenities worked, and left us a great little list of local places to eat. We took advantage, and the two places we tried were great! If we stayed longer, we would have had the time to try all her recs. Second, the eclectic style of her place was just great, especially for my two daughters. They both loved it. The backyard patio was beautiful. Like many Spanish style homes, out in the street, it doesn't look like anything. Just a door and maybe a window out front. But once you go inside, it opens up, usually with a beautiful tropical/lush garden out back. We really enjoyed her personal interior decoration style. Third, it was very centrally located for our needs. We focused on visiting Casa Batllo, and the Sagrada as we has a short stay. And it was perfect for walking to them.

Appartement très agréable, exactement comme sur les photos. Bien situé dans un quartier calme, tout en étant à quelques minutes à pied de la plage. L’endroit est propre, bien équipé et parfait pour un séjour à Barcelone. La communication avec Claude était fluide et réactive. Je recommande vivement !

We had an amazing stay here during a very busy time in Barcelona (Primavera) so I was really happy we found such a great gem for a very decent price. The location is excellent and the apartment is super spacious — it was surreal to have Sagrada Familia around the corner and walk past everyday, and the apartment was beautifully decorated. Felt right at home right away.

Perfect location near the amazing Gaudi Basílica. Gorgeous apartment. Perfect for single or couple. My girl friend and I enjoyed coffee in the mornings on the tiny porch and wine in the evenings. Overall great stay!

Lovely place to stay - highly recommend! The apartment was great, and having access to the rooftop terrace with views of the Sagrada Familia was such a nice bonus. Easy to get around with public transport nearby. The host was really friendly and super responsive, always happy to help with anything.

Great stay. Very good communication. Next to where our festival was, so perfect location for that. Some good little cafes nearby and close to the beach.

Casa bella, nuova, pulitissima, porte nuove, vetri doppi. Balconcino molto carino, quartiere molto tranquillo, servito bene dai mezzi, vicinissimo alla spiaggia. Silenziosissimo di notte, letto comodo. Una bella esperienza. Nely è molto simpatica

The bathroom with the shower drain wasn’t very good. The water drained very slowly. They need more white towels for use. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Ana was a great host, always responsive. We loved the place, plenty of room for 8 of us. it was in a great location to walk to plenty of places. There were a lot of stairs so just make sure all guests can do the stairs.

Nathalia’s place was wonderful ! We would definitely come back again and recommend to others. Poblenou is a vibrant and great part of the city to stay in, within 5 minute walk to the beach. The air bnb was exactly as pictured and described. Others have mentioned having a problem with the garbage out front but it is simply the city containers that did not affect our stay whatsoever, and never smelled into the apartment. Thank you !

Perfect way to end our 2 week European Tour. Beautiful beach view. Private and quiet. Lots of amenities; well stocked with beach necessities (sun umbrella, chairs, blankets, extra flip flops, toys/football, etc). Great way to get out of Barcelona but still have access to the city and airport. All six of us were very pleased with the two night stay before hopping back onto a plane ✈️ to fly home.

We were really please with the apartment. It was only a short train ride away from the city and it gave us options to either enjoy the city or stay local and enjoy the beautiful beaches. We would definitely recommend it to others, as it made our holiday. The apartment was very clean and tidy and the location was perfect :)

Mariona fue una excelente host, el Departamento era muy completo y todo funcionaba a la perfección! la zona es muy tranquila y muy cerca de la playa, por lo cual recomiendo hospedarse aquí en vez de otros alojamientos más cerca del centro! Hemos pasado unos días excelentes y volveremos sin dudarlo

the apartment is stunning- comfortable, clean, spacious and full of art. the balcony is divine. checkin was super easy, marc was very responsive and helpful. the apartment also has AC which is important in the summer. highly recommend!

Die Kommunikation war super einfach, schnell und sehr freundlich. Check-in und Check-out liefen reibungslos. Mo war jederzeit erreichbar, hat uns bei Fragen sofort geholfen und sogar ein Kinderbett und Sandspielzeug bereitgestellt – wirklich aufmerksam! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, gepflegt und hatte eine herrliche Terrasse zum Entspannen. Die Lage ist top: ruhig gelegen, aber mit vielen tollen Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Nähe. Der Strand ist nur ca. 8 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt, ins Stadtzentrum sind es mit dem Taxi etwa 10 Minuten. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden sofort wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für alles, Mo!

Very clean and perfectly located appartement. Air conditioner, lights, closet, kitchen, bed... all perfect. The host was very welcoming and very responsive. One small inconvenience : the bathroom is a little small.
