La propiedad se encuentra cerca de la carretera y en medio de una finca de café, y es ideal para descansar y disfrutar en familia. Es ideal para amantes de la naturaleza. Se cuenta con la casa principal que incluye tres cuartos para 8 personas, y una cabaña pequeña en el jardín con dos cuartos para 4 personas. Se puede ofrecer solamente la casa, y se ajusta el precio. No se permiten fiestas.
