Condo holiday rentals in Santa Croce, Venice

Micro’s accommodations for us allowed for a very lovely stay in Venice! We were very close to restaurants and cafes. Micro also provided us with some great recommendations. The highlights of the place for us was the beautiful bathroom with a huge bathtub and double vanities and the VERY comfy bed, we slept incredibly well. We also liked that the place was on a quiet street and the windows all looked out to a nice green space. I found Micro to be very thoughtful, leaving some necessary toiletries, local wines for purchase and even a small gift! I would definitely recommend a stay here if you’re looking to visit Venice!

Good apartment in a quiet area of Venice. 20 minutes walk from the train station so good money saver! You can walk everywhere, San Marco is about 45 mins walk. Vaparetto stop very close. Kitchen to cook in. All in all, good value!

Amazing space!! It's just as beautiful as in the pictures. Martina was very responsive and was flexible with the check in time -- we were able to get in before the check in time since we got to Venice in the morning. When the hairdryer stopped working, she was able to replace it with a new one the next day. We're very thankful for Martina and her husband! Very nice and welcoming hosts. We'd love to stay here again when we're back in Venice!

Alessandro was a great host. He was very responsive, proactively communicated and made our stay stress free and enjoyable. Apartment is located close to the train station but also in the heart of all the activities. Alessandro was very kind and he let us check in early in unbearable heat. I would highly recommend this place.

Had a wonderful stay, was able to walk the city and enjoy everything Venice had to offer. Apartment was clean and bigger than expected.

It's a lovely and homely place in the middle of a busy touristy city. Feels very authentic, not just an empty space. Real plants, not something purchased from the supermarket, that kind of thing. The balcony is a lovely extra. It's not quite as free of noise as some of the other reviews suggest, there is a lively street just around the corner and the activity is present by moment, and the street below is narrow and used by local people. However, it was never too much, and mainly just added to our pleasure of the place, a 'real feel' that is specific to the area. We were very well looked after, and if we had friends visiting Venice we would definitely recommend.

We loved our time in Venice, and Nicola’s property was perfect. Great location, communication with Nicola was excellent, and the apartment had everything we needed, especially the washing machine! Apart from a few mosquitoes at night we had a perfect stay 😊

The owners are incredibly kind! Frederico even picked us up when the boat arrived to accompany us to the AirBnb. The accommodation is as described, it was perfect for our stay and very well furnished! Located in a quiet neighborhood but very easy to access the livelier neighborhoods of Venice! We had a wonderful stay in Venice at Jessica's apartment. The apartment was spotless, very clean, comfortable and ideally located for exploring the city on foot. Jessica was an exceptional host, both responsive, caring, and full of great tips that really enriched our experience. Thanks to her, our stay was even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this place to stay!

A true gem! The balcony really adds a unique dimension; to be able and watch every day life in Venice was so interesting. The apartment is in easy walk of great cafes and restaurants and handy for The Vaporetto and water taxis. We travelled with my 89 year old mother and were very grateful for the flexible check in after our early flight. We ate out each meal, so easy with so many great places in easy walking distance. Amongst our favourite, for breakfast was San Giovanni Vini e Cicchetti for fabulous chichetti !

My extended family of Mom, teenage daughter, husband, and I had a great stay in Venice. The location is incredible, and it feels private. The location is about a 10 minute walk from the train station, and it is near several boat stations. We were able to get to Saint Mark's in a leisurely 30-40 minutes.

Great place in the center of everything.

The hosts were really friendly and did everything to meet our needs. Very hospitable even with my molosser and they even gave him a welcome gift!!!! Always available and very kind. Comfortable and very clean environment. Very well equipped with everything. The only thing missing was the chamomile tea bags!!!! We also found soaps and shampoos for children in the bathroom!!!!! We had a great time in Venice. The apartment is close to the tram which makes it easy to get to the center of Venice. All instructions were clear and the host is very responsive to messages. Our arrival was facilitated by the shuttle offered by the host. The apartment is as described I would recommend it

It was a very nice holiday. Parterre was great for our Sup's. There was everything you needed. However, placemats for the glass table are highly recommended. The beds were very comfortable. Friendly neighbors and everything within walking distance. Very quiet and pleasant. We will be happy to come back.

Halli Hello, in winter Very quiet location, in summer I can imagine great area, not far from beach. Venice can be reached in 30 minutes by vaporetto, nice route for photography😊. Accommodation fully equipped with everything you could need (kitchen utensils, bathroom, extra blankets) etc. Pleasant and quick written contact. We were very satisfied overall and would recommend it. ☺️👍

Feel at home and such a friendly host is an amazing combination. We were helped with our itinerary and the local recommendations from here were bonus. We drove by car and her suggestion to better drive and park at the ferry stop instead of relying on bus... well saved a lot time and was comfortable for family. The vicinity to the beach is also great in case you plan for morning/evening walk.
