This is a very cool and peaceful space in the heart of Oaxaca. The location is unbeatable: just a short walk from all the best cafés, restaurants, galleries, and the Sánchez Pascuas market, yet quiet and calm at night for restful sleep. Jude is a fantastic host and full of thoughtful recommendations that made our stay even more special. The apartment is beautifully decorated and equipped, especially the kitchen, which had everything we needed to cook meals (including multiple coffee-making options). The WiFi was fast and reliable for work and video calls, and the little details — like a welcome bottle of mezcal and high-quality linens — made us feel instantly at home. This is one of those places you want to keep coming back to. Highly recommended.

Gio's place was perfect for my few nights in Oaxaca and I appreciated how attentive he was to all the details and any questions I had. The apartment had everything I needed and I slept very comfortably each night. One thing, the windows overlook a street that was busy at some times and noisy at times. It didn't bother me but it is worth nothing. I'd stay there again.

Loved this flat! Such a great location so comfortable close to everything! - you have everything you need in the flat. I felt safe and secure in the neighbourhood and found everyone so friendly and helpful. There is a fantastic taco restaurant next door and a great cafe called Rustiko up the block. Highly recommend this place and will stay again when I return to this lovely city

Es pequeño pero bastante cómodo , muy limpio ordenado y Carlos bastante amable y siempre pendiente , muy recomendado aparte que la zona bastante tranquila

La habitación está muy bien equipada, el aire acondicionado es un plus para el calor de Oaxaca. Tienes tiendas, supermercados y el centro a 15 min caminando. Sin duda volveríamos a alojarnos aquí. Además Karla siempre fue muy amable y respondió rápido nuestras dudas

Estuvimos muy cómodos. Es un pequeño departamento de 1 habitación en la planta baja de un edificio, hay que bajar escalones y está muy bien ubicado, lo único que apuntaría para una revisión es que faltan cortinas, lo que hace que no te sientas tan privado y el apartamento es caliente, aunque hay ventiladores quizá si sea buena idea añadir aire acondicionado aunque eleve el precio, lo vale. Todo estuvo limpio.

Nuestra estancia fue muy excelente. El apartamento estaba muy agradable, limpio y queda en una zona excelente para explorar el centro de Oaxaca. Skarlett fue una anfitriona amable y atenta durante nuestra estancia. Definitivamente lo recomendaría.

The loft is outstanding! Very beautiful, clean, comfortable and nearby the centre with a lot of restaurants. The bed is amazing: very big and comfortable. Maria Claudina is a great host with quick responses on messages/questions. The only thing what was not so comfortable for us (light sleeper/sensitive), was that the light is coming from the roof windows what wakes us up very early. Together with a very noisy bird who likes to scream (or sing, depending on your preferences. ;-)), our days began earlier than we would like. But all together: we would book the loft again if we visit Oaxaca ever again! Thank you Maria Claudina and Dennys!

La ubicación es muy buena , hay un parque a dos cuadras, zona bonita de restaurantes a dos cuadras y zona turística cerca. El lugar esta bonito , limpio, tranquilo y bien equipado, la cama esta muy cómoda y tiene su minisplit funcionando bien.

My stay was amazing. The place had everything I needed to feel comfortable and at home — it was spotless, well-equipped, and in a very convenient location. The hosts were incredibly attentive, always checking in to make sure I had everything I needed and providing helpful information for my visit. They even helped me recover an item I accidentally left behind. I would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!

Maravilloso lugar, totalmente recomendable. Estupendo lugar, ubicación ideal, todo cerca.

Pros: - really central, close to restaurants, tour meeting points and thé city center - Larger than it looks - Really stocked kitchen if you opt to eat in - Martine was friendly and had some really great recommendations - Left us drinking water, and some toiletries which was a really nice touch Cons: - water pressure could be better but most likely a regional issue

The place is far from the centre of Oaxaca where many of the things to see and do are, you’ll need a car if you stay here - Taxis aren’t as accessible / convenient depending on time of day. Otherwise, great place and made use of the rooftop. Very clean, easy check in.

Por la geografía de la ciudad, en está zona las casas no manejan cocheras, si eres de los que se preocupa mucho por dejar tu auto en la calle Piénsalo bien, si llegas sin auto , es lo mejor por que te quitas ese pendiente. de lo demás todo OK anfitrión e instalación.

Estuvo muy cómoda nuestra estancia, el guardia siempre muy atento y amable, vale la pena hacer espacio para poder disfrutar del departamento, el área es tranquila y la vista preciosa. Rosa, te provee con toda la información necesaria del lugar y recomendaciones de la ciudad. Como recomendación hay que anticipar los taxis para las salidas.

Un lugar muy recomendable, nos encantó todo, el jacuzzi está increíble, todo muy ordenado, limpio y bonito. Sin duda regresaríamos.
