Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Santa Cruz Amilpas

Tuvimos un par de días maravillosos. El lugar es muy bello, los estudios tienen todo lo que se necesita para pasar un par de días disfrutando de la naturaleza y en paz. Todo es muy cómodo y si necesitas desconectarte, pero también trabajar, el internet tiene muy buena estabilidad y trabajar debajo de los árboles no es trabajo. Los jardines son espectaculares y no duden en reservar una sesión privada de Sauna y baño en la tina exterior, con comida deliciosa. Los anfitriones son también muy lindas personas. Una experiencia única y difícil de olvidar, sentimos tener que irnos tan pronto pero seguro volveremos.

This place was truly so stunning and Sara could not have been a more gracious host. I unfortunately got very sick during our stay but was still so grateful to be in such a beautiful place for it. The hot tub was wonderful with a view that made you feel like you were fully in nature. They even brought in an electric kettle so I could make tea and gave us their personal doctor information so I could get seen. I would keep in mind it isn’t entirely private there’s places right next door and you can kinda see in when it’s day time and blinds are open. Some drapes and extra hooks in shower would be nice but otherwise it’s so worth it for a short trip since it’s a little pricy. Would absolutely stay again.

Nuestra estancia fue excelente. La casa es muy bonita, cómoda y bien cuidada, lo que hizo que nos sintiéramos como en casa desde el primer momento. La alberca siempre estuvo a una temperatura perfecta, ideal para relajarse en cualquier momento del día. Gigi fue una anfitriona increíble, siempre atenta y al pendiente de cualquier detalle, lo que hizo que nuestra experiencia fuera aún mejor—sin duda, una de las mejores (si no la mejor) que hemos tenido en Airbnb. La ubicación es muy conveniente: aunque no está en pleno centro, en coche hacíamos máximo 15 minutos para llegar. Definitivamente volveríamos. ¡Súper recomendado!

The wooden box is a wonderful escape, with great hosts who are very attentive. The hosts will help you call a taxi, which is necessary for a large grocery store, and leaving the village. There is a lovely spa called Chocolate de Agua near the house. The natural landscape does host a lot of critters. Be mindful of your surroundings.

We had a lovely stay at Irma’s place! We loved walking through the beautiful courtyard garden everyday and being greeted by her very friendly cat and dog. The living space felt very homely and cozy, and it’s situated far enough away from the street that you don’t hear much traffic, it’s nice and peaceful. And lastly, it’s positioned in a fantastic location with great restaurants and cafes very nearby. Our favourite in particular is Muss Cafe, just two blocks away, and has an amazing rooftop. Muchas Gracias Irma!

What a lovey spot for our family to gather and have a home base as we explored Oaxaca. It was perfect for us and we loved our time there. Mariana was helpful in her recommendations and there was never a need to contact her during our stay as the home provided everything we needed. It was also so very nice to have Raquel to clean for us and Efrain to manage the pool and outdoor spaces. We highly recommend this spot for travel to Oaxaca.

We arrived late in the evening (and thanks to Alicia we had chicken and mole dinner waiting for us cooked by a local woman) and in the morning when we woke up there was no doubt we were in Mexico. The place is so authentic, vibrant and beautiful. My daughter, who loves the cartoons Coco and Encanto, loved her bedroom and the casita:) I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. It's very peaceful and secure and the kids were playing outside in the nature a lot, the pool deserves a separate mention as it's good for kids splashing and for actual swimming. The house is very well equipped and Alicia is by far one of the best hosts. She was so helpful and gave us tons of recommendations, and organized a guided tour for us. We truly enjoyed the place and highly recommend it.

Realmente me sentí como en casa, muy limpio y la decoración muy bonita, mi familia quedó encantada con la estancia, sin duda me volvería a hospedar ahí.

My family and I were delighted with how convenient and wonderful the department was. It was great for my party of five and allowed us to wander around the city without worrying about the time. Everything is within walking distance! I can confidently say that my stay here was better than it has been at any hotel. I would book this again!

This is a great, spacious apartment in an absolutely ideal location! The check-in process was super easy, and the place was spotless. It’s much larger than expected, which made it a really comfortable stay. Taxi service was also arranged for us which was ideal. It did get quite hot inside (which seems typical for the area), but multiple fans were provided, which helped a lot. Initially, there was no hot water in the shower and the stove was out of gas, but the host was incredibly responsive. Both were fixed within 20 minutes of messaging him. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment and would happily stay again. A wonderful spot in the heart of everything

Located minutes from delicious restaurants, local shops, a vibrant dance studio, and just above a bustling café that smells like fresh cinnamon rolls all day long. This is a great spot to explore all that the city has to offer. While being very central, the cozy room and private terrace provide a secluded get away when you need a rest after a long day exploring the busy streets. Would definitely stay again!

Well located appartment, an easy walk into main part of town and lots of restaurants /bars/ cafes close by. The apartment is very well put together, nicely decorated and designed. I would mention that the photos make it look much bigger than it is. Good communication and they were kind enough to leave us a gift too! Would stay again

The location cannot be beat. It is centrally located and everything is close. Paulina was very responsive and helpful with all her recommendations of where to eat or go and also recommends a travel company for tours. The house is comfortable, safe and easy to locate. We did stay with our dog and our dog felt comfortable also. The a/c worked great to keep the bedroom cool to sleep. I would recommend this location and the host. If we get back to Oaxaca we will stay at Paulinas.

el lugar es como se describe, bien ubicado, limpio, Edith es u muy atenta y esta pendiente de lo que necesitábamos y además nos hizo excelentes recomendaciones para conocer lugares en la Ciudad, tiene un jardín muy bonito y la estancia es un lugar acogedor, me volvería a hospedar en este lugar nuevamente!

My boyfriend and I stayed at Guadalupe's place for 5 days and it was excellent. It's got everything you need in a great home and is clean, beautifully decorated, in a wonderful, walkable location and was safe and cozy. Guadalupe helped arrange us a car to the airport, and was helpful, responsive and thoughtful with any small issues we had. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a really great stay in my books, easy check-in, terrace is very nice. The barrio is also walking distance to points of interest and cheaper food stalls (Tlayudas) I really loved how the apartment was spacious, and lots of natural light to come in. Thank you so much!

Renee always responded very quickly and was super helpful. The living room area is quite small, but perfectly adequate. The kitchen is pretty good, although there's not much room to store food or do preparation. It worked out fine, I did some very basic cooking and had no real problems.

Leticia was an excellent host. Her love of Oaxaca is evident in her sharing all the things to do in this unique city. She provided a lot of information directly to her guests, which included, restaurant suggestions, landmarks to make sure are on your list, updating you of festivals occurring during your stay and details about the markets which offer something to everyone. I would return in the future as a guest. Thanks

Loved staying here. Felt private, yet close to the main hub of centro. Great WiFi, weekly cleaning service (I stayed for one month), and a very responsive host. I had a very nice stay here. 🙂

For those that only read the first line of reviews , simply put we found this home perfect. Now if you are still reading we will tell you that the attention we received from our host was top notch. Constanza and Clara communicated through the app so well . When we wanted a more personal communication they meet us face to face. . We learned so much about the culture of the city and some spots we would never of found in a guide book or google searches. The home itself was as described and the plants throughout the courtyard were beautiful and soothing. Picking this location for your trip is something you will not regret

Zanduga was amazing. Abdiel was very responsive and was quick to help with whatever we needed. the communal areas were great for sitting around and playing cards and the pool was a nice extra to end the day after walking all around the city. The leave apartment is cozy and great for couples or family families . would recommend to anyone

Great location, quiet but walking distance to zocalo. Great local market for shopping a couple blocks behind the Airbnb. The Airbnb was even better than the pictures, well-stocked spacious kitchen, AC in the bedroom, and beautiful terrace. The wifi was also great for working.

Host súper atenta. La ubicaciones es bastante buena. La casa tienes espacios y utilidades que nos encantaron. Muy bonita ciudad y sitios históricos.

Mi estadia en el departamento de Cecilia fue excelente. Muy calida y amable me permitio hacer el checkin un rato antes del horario. Esta muy cerca del centro/zocalo de oaxaca te podes mover caminando sin problemas. El dpto tiene todo lo necesario para una buena estadia. La calle Zaragoza es muy transitada y bulliciosa pero por la noche se tranquiliza, el ventilador ayuda mucho en los dias calidos de Oaxaca. La cama es muy comoda. Recomiendo este alojamiento sin dudarlo!
