Sarah's place was great, and we truly enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and cozy, making it a very comfortable base for our trip. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touch of snacks in the kitchen – it was a lovely welcome! Parking was a breeze; we found easy street parking, and Sarah even provided a parking pass, which was essential for summer street parking. The location was perfect for us as we were able to walk to the beach, various restaurants, and downtown. We highly recommend Sarah's place and would definitely love to come back on our next visit!

We had a lovely visit in Santa Cruz. We were in town for an event at UCSC and this place worked great for our needs. Erin was lovely and the Airbnb was cute and as described.

Absolutely wonderful spot in an incredible neighborhood. Safe and quiet, it felt like stepping back in time when leaving the busy city for this hideaway on the edge of the hills. Highly recommended and we will be definitely have it on our short list for return trips!

Ray was a very accommodating, friendly host. His place was clean and quiet. It was very well stocked and equipped with everything I need. Also every places I wanted to go was close to his place. We've stayed in a lot of Air B n B's and hosted two of our own and this was one of our all time favorites. For a studio apartment it is just amazingly well laid out and comfortable. There is gorgeous amount of light and we slept very comfortable on a high quality mattress. The layout of the unit is awesome and there are so many amenities that studio units we've stayed in did not have! Coffee maker was exceptional AND... there was an espresso machine AND pods of great coffee!! Also few studios we've stayed in have a modern fully apportioned kitchen with a stove, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, silverware, cooking utensils and cookware!! All of this in a really super cool built in eurostyled cabinet that I am envious of! You can also walk to restaurants easily AND the Arana Gulch Park is like right there and you can walk a beautiful walking path through the park and down to the Marina to Walton Lighthouse and SeaBright Beach. Fabulous, gorgeous place.

We enjoyed 2 weeks of perfect weather and took advantage of the spectacular outside areas with different seating areas for sun or shade. 26 different species of birds were seen or heard!! The cottage is very clean and well-appointed. We were glad to have a gas stove and grill as we cooked most meals. The strong wifi and work area were important to us. Karen was very responsive but not at all intrusive. We felt that although the cottage is right next to her house, we had complete privacy.

Such an epic spot right where you need to be. Walking distance to everything from the point to the shops on 41st. It’s such a cute spot.

This was one of the most beautiful airbnbs we’ve stayed in! The house is gorgeous and the property is so cool - our kids loved all of the animals. Laurel is so communicative and helpful. We truly had the best time!

My partner and I had a wonderful stay here! We were greeted by our host Emkay and he even grabbed a cart for us to put our belongings in for easier transport! The cabin was cozy and everything we needed was inside! The property is beautiful and we enjoyed taking our Cat down to the creek and exploring. Our hosts left us a bottle of wine and it was such a great final touch to end our anniversary trip 💙 Thank you Emkay and Lara for such great hospitality! A great option when staying in Santa Cruz. Clean, quiet, close to everything.

Immaculate accommodations, great location. A five minute walk to Natural Bridges. Quiet, well kept neighborhood. Comfy beds (my son used the sofa bed which was queen size and firm), fresh linens/towels, well stocked kitchen with snacks upon arrival which was very nice. Beach chairs and beach umbrella came in handy, too. Hope to stay again! Thanks for your hospitality, Kim!

This was a one of a kind Airbnb!! Our hosts, Ersan and Derya, were so gracious!! It was like visiting family! The cottage felt so homey and super clean. The patio was covered with blooming flowers and table and chairs and patio furniture to relax on. It was a prime getaway space as we visited our new grandbaby only 2 miles away!! We can’t wait to return next month!!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our time on the deck above the creek. Surrounded by beauty and the sounds of the creek created a sweet spot! The lighting was an excellent touch. The accommodations had everything that you need and the bed was extremely comfortable! We would stay again!!!

Vic's place is truly a gem! It's private and convenient and it was the perfect place to stay while working in Los Gatos for a few days. The sun came streaming in the windows and open door first thing in the morning, and there's a cute seating area outside the door. Really a very cozy place! Also, Vic did a brilliant job of creating A/C and fan -- there's a super-clever unit at the window that provides quiet and clean air to make the space totally comfortable. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need, and when I wanted an iced drink right as I walked in and there wasn't any in the freezer, Vic actually went out and bought me a bag of beverage ice. I was so surprised and delighted -- that's beyond an extra mile if you ask me. And lastly, Vic left me a bar of dark chocolate in a gift bag on the front steps. That happens to be my favorite, so all in all it was a perfect stay!! If there were a sixth star available I'd click on that! Thank you, Vic!

This is my second time here. From the first time, I was fascinated by Khang's Airbnb. It's cozy, has everything you need for a stay of one or more weeks, and above all, Khang is very attentive and helpful. I highly recommend staying at his Airbnb.

We really enjoyed our stay at Dipti's place! She and her husband are both very friendly and were helpful with a request we had when checking in. The unit was very clean, comfortable, spacious for 2 people and enjoyable to be in. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Would definitely stay here again if available.

Lynn is a great host and always easy to communicate with. My aunt visits for several weeks at a time and loves staying at Lynn’s place. It’s a quiet safe neighborhood and has everything you need for an extended stay to be comfy.

This place was so adorable. Such a cute little cottage in beautiful surroundings. My daughter especially loved the bed in the loft. The host was accommodating and gave us all the privacy we desired. The house was fully functioning and as described. We would definitely book this place again.

This is my third time staying here and it’s been perfect every time! Great hosts - helpful, accommodating, and responsive. Great location to walk into Los Gatos village. Easy parking if you have a car; enjoy the skylights, the music options and the amazing coffee machine for my daily almond milk latte!
