What is A Piece of Ground? A Piece of Ground is a Pod hotel (with private rooms), bar, and food spot! We are located in the back of beautiful Punta Gorda Town, in the country of Belize. All our interior spaces are Air Conditioned and adorned with some of the finest woodwork. On-site you will find the food spot, and rooftop bar, where we serve food, drinks, and play movies/music videos on the big screen every evening. We strive to leave no doubt whatsoever that this is the place to be!

The village of San Pedro Columbia is a 10 minute walk from us, with chocolate making, river swimming and bird watching. We welcome couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids), I say we are not suitable for pets as we have so many animals of our own: dogs, cats, a horse, ducks, chickens etc!

Built in 2005 on 20 acres, it has been created with minimal impact to the environment, and maximum benefit to the community.
