The house is amazing the best part is the terrace. A pizza a bottle of wine and enjoy a great view of lake atitlan. The concierge and the owners were so responsive and proactive. So polite and always providing a great communication. We had some issues with the toilet and shower and they found the best ways to fix it and make our stay unique. Thanks!!! That terrace is amazing!

Muy buen airbnb, gerson es muy amable y nos recomendó un Tuk tuk que siempre nos llevo y trajo bien, nos aceptaron a nuestro gatito , la verdad 10/10 con el lugar tal vez solo la locación estaba un poco lejos pero fuera de lejos muy buen lugar para hospedarse , lo recomiendo!!

Es aún más hermoso que en las fotos y volvería mil veces!! Pros: Puedes ver el amanecer desde el balcón y estar rodeado de mucha naturaleza en toda la estadía. Los paisajes son hermosos!! La comida del restaurante es rica. Acceso directo al lago. Pasan lanchas públicas siempre por lo que puedes movilizarte con facilidad. Contras: puedes encontrarte con arañas grandes y escorpiones así que prepárate mentalmente. Hay que subir varias escaleras para llegar a la habitación.

This was such a beautiful apartment in the perfect location! Kenny and Israel were very kind and helpful, and were very flexible with check in.

We've booked the place for almost a week because I needed to do a bit of remote work and to have at least a good view (which was indeed very beautiful over the lake :-) ) + Clemente is very friendly and helpful; he was a bit sick at the time, but was very responsive and sent his son for check-in. Also when the nights were a bit colder then expected, he also sent over immediately a friend for an extra blanket, when we wrote him :-) + Beautiful view - Can be very loud at night, because of all the partying in San Pedro, so bring earplugs - some furniture was a bit dusty - at the beginning we were a bit afraid of the electrical shower head, because it uses so much energy that the lights get dimmer and it seemed to have no grounding... (but apparently such shower heads for hot water are very common in central america and we actually had no problems) + well enough equipped kitchen to prepare your own foods Overall i really recommend the place if you want to stay a bit in San Pedro, especia

Pasamos un tiempo increíble en el lugar, tiene una vista inmejorable y cuenta con todo lo necesario para estar bien, solo o con familia o amigos. Además afuera a unos pasos encuentro de todo desde restaurantes, lavanderías, tiendas y más.

Nos encantó el lugar ❤️ tan fuera de lo común El personal que nos atendió nos encantó su amabilidad y disponibilidad para nosotros desde el momento de llegar Esperamos volver pronto ❤️ Probamos el espagueti del restaurante y lo amamos. Como sugerencia agregar más comidas al menú 10/10

Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique dans cet Airbnb. La vue à partir de la terrasse vaut à elle seule la location. La localisation était parfaite, un peu excentrée du village pour plus de tranquillité, mais près de tout. La famille qui vit au rez-de-chaussée est très serviable et sympathique. C’était rassurant de savoir qu’ils étaient sur place. Bref, nous nous sommes sentis à la maison et nous espérons y revenir un jour! Merci pour votre accueil!!!!!

What a great stay! Nelson made sure we had everything we needed, every question was answered and resolved. We loved all the great amenities of the house and felt right at home. The kayaks were a big plus! We will be back. Que hospedaje mas placentero, Nelson se aseguro que tuvieramos todo lo necesario y todas nuestras preguntas e inquietudes fueron respondidas. Disfrutamos todas las comodidades de la casa y los kayaks nos permitieron gozar aun mas . Volveremos pronto !

This is by far the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. I’ve traveled to a lot of Airbnb’s in many different countries and none compare to this. Finding this place is surely an adventure but once you are there, you don’t want to leave! I can’t say enough good things about the chefs that will cook you every meal. We had them do all the shopping for our meals along with other items we wanted such as water and beer. The housekeeper services that help coordinate private boat rides to other villages, keeping the place clean, or even small things such as turning on the hot tub while we are away are truly incredible perks of this place. The property and views are just amazing and I can’t wait to come back here for my next stay!

Perhaps one of the nicest places I have ever stayed. 10/10 would recommend - by far one of the most beautiful spots in all of Lake Atitlan. Thank you!!

Beautiful house right on the lake, bedrooms were very comfortable. I liked having the kitchen and lounge open air as that’s where I want to be when at the lake. We enjoyed the dogs, the friendly old cat and all the birds. Tons of flowers. Elaine was very helpful with trail info and a boat contact. We didn’t end up kayaking this time but you’re perfectly situated to do so.

Estamos sumamente agradecidos por las personas que trabajan en la casa. Comenzando con Aarón por la excelente comunicación, siempre resolvía y respondía rápido. Verónica y las demás chicas, nos entregaron esa casa limpia y con todo lo que necesitábamos. Y Edgar y Eliseo fueron excelentes anfitriones, siempre pendientes a nosotros y los alrededores. La casa es perfecta, el lugar perfecto y las personas que conocimos también. Gracias por tremenda experiencia, 100% recomendado. No se arrepentirán de levantarse en esa casa.

Es un lugar increíblemente hermoso, con una vista espectacular al lago. La casa permite disfrutar con la familia en un espacio que tiene todas las comodidades para pasar muy bien. Definitivamente volveríamos a hospedarnos en este precioso lugar.

Absolutely stunning views. Great hosts, everyone was so helpful and immediately responded to anything we asked, we so appreciated their attentiveness. The views from here cannot be beat, wake up just before sunrise and watch. The restaurant had the best food we had in San Marcos actually. And maybe my favorite thing - their jacuzzi was actually extremely clean and well maintained! I’m picky about this. This water was pristine and treated. Perfection in the early mornings. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

El hotel es muy bonito, la habitación en donde nos quedamos estaba muy bien, con una vista espectacular hacia el Lago, el personal siempre muy agradable y la comunicación fue siempre clara, por lo que recomendamos puedan visitar el lugar, creo que un día no es suficiente para disfrutar un poco más!

Me encantó mi estadía! Es un lugar mágico pero sobre todo me encantó la amabilidad de todo el personal, sobre todo Noelia y don Vicente. Regresaría sin dudarlo! Además llevaba a mi bebé de 10 meses y él se disfrutó todo ya que era un entorno super tranquilo . Lo único que me gustaría es que el restaurante estuviera abierto hasta un poco más tarde porque todo estaba realmente rico. 10/10 !

El lugar es hermoso, muy bien cuidado y con un ambiente tranquilo, ideal para descansar, no para fiestas ni desvelos, justo lo que buscábamos. Todo el personal fue muy amable. El jacuzzi fue una excelente elección, perfecto para relajarse. El restaurante es bueno en sabor y calidad, aunque sería ideal contar con una o dos opciones más en el menú. Tal como se indica en la descripción, hay insectos típicos del entorno natural (mosquitos y arañitas, no cucarachas), por lo que el repelente es indispensable. El WiFi superó mis expectativas. Lo único retador fue el camino para llegar, que puede ser estresante, pero definitivamente vale la pena una vez que estás ahí.

The host’s communication was well. I was given an outline of options on how to make my way to the property and it was let to be known what people should be charging me during this commute. The view is beautiful. Every morning I woke up feeling at peace. The staff is helpful. They will help with your luggage and even getting a tuk tuk to San Marcos.
