Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Santa Cruz Province

We stayed with 5 friends and had a very nice few days! The house is comfortable and warm, it is large, with good spaces, the dishes, sheets and towels are impeccable. Very comfortable beds. Good heating. Both Eva and Yanina always communicated very quickly with us for every need we had, in a very friendly way! Not only would I return, but we would definitely recommend staying at Casa Calma.

Best hosts ever!!!! They really made us feel like family or friends!!! Jenny and Juan stayed in top of everything from the first day we booked the property. Definitely recommend this property! If you’re looking for something well located, close to nice restaurants and great views but also very private and quiet….look no more. This is the place you need. Excellent house and location! Super equipped and heated as shown in the photos. Lucia is super helpful at all times; without a doubt a place that I would repeat in my stay in El Calafate.

My stay at Blas’ place in El Chaltén exceeded expectations in all ways. His place is on a peaceful street but still walkable to everything. Major trailheads are very close. His house is very nice with great vibe, and has one of the more comfortable king beds that I’ve ever slept in, perfect for recovery from long hikes. Blas himself is an amazing guy, super helpful and friendly. As an avid hiker himself, he has all the tips and info you could possible need for both the mountains and the town. Highly recommended, I look forward to returning!

Maria's place is amazing! Beautiful, new, very well decorated, everything clean and organized. The heated floor and impeccable heating made the stay even more comfortable. The beds are great, with quality sheets, and the bathrooms are excellent. The house has a light, pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. Washing machine available, which was a plus. It was one of the best accommodations of the trip — we will definitely return if we pass through El Calafate. The location is ideal for those who are by car, as it is a little far from the center. But other than that, everything perfect. Maria is from congratulations!

Excellent location, very close to restaurants, bars and shops but far enough away to be very quiet. The house is very comfortable, it looks just like the photos and has everything you need. Excellent heating and hot water. Valeria gave us very good recommendations on tour operators. Check-in and check-out were easy and allowed us to leave a little later. Excellent value. There were four of us and we were very comfortable. The rooms and bathroom are small but comfortable. The kitchen and living room are very spacious. We would stay again without thinking.

We went to observe birds. Sebastian gave us useful suggestions and facts about the life of Puerto Deseado, places to see and tour. Recommendations that we take satisfactorily. To future visitors we suggest that they visit the Grotto of the Virgin of Lourdes, both because of the religious with an imposing place, and for the birdlife that inhabits the place.

Lovely studio apartment, as described. Good cooking facilities, comfortable bed and decent bathroom. We got very clear instructions for the check in. Located about a 9 minute walk from the bus station and at the bottom of the black stairs on the way to most hikes. Just a couple of minutes walk from some nice restaurants and bars too - you can't go wrong here.

Undoubtedly the best accommodation in El Chalten. Floor heating makes all the difference, all rooms have the same temperature. Laura is a lovely person, she welcomed us very well and gave us tips on what to do in the city. I would definitely come back. I recommend it a thousand times.

Had a great stay here! Amazing view of Fitz Roy from just stepping outside the door! Clean and comfortable!

Conveniently located a walking’s distance away from the bus stop, with a grocery store located across the street, and at one of the main road in town. Town is small enough to walk everywhere. Airbnb was well stocked, warm, super comfy bed, amazing bathroom with hot water and pressure at all times of the day/night. It was also well stocked with essentials you’d need. I’d recommend staying here if you’re in El Chalten.

Super recommended. You are one block from the main Av with many shops ect. .The super comfortable place and good heating.

It was a very nice stay. If you love the landscaping you would looooooove it! Awesome with mountains and lake view! I totally recommend it! Hoping to visit Calafate again!

The place is very recommended. Super nice. Comfortable. Quiet area. The truth is very good. The only criticism I can give is about the chairs, they could be firmer xq my partner who is half gordi the legs looked like they were going to break when he sat down. But everything else is great!!

We had a fantastic stay at Miguel’s place - the Airbnb was great, it had everything we needed and was situated close to the main trail heads. Miguel was a friendly and helpful host, and he went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend as a base for hiking in El Chalten!

Great location near the center of the city, close to many restaurants and shops. Spacious and quiet apartment. Santiago is very friendly and promptly responsive.

Although this place is 15 minutes from the city center, this is not a big problem. The place is exactly as described and photographed, and the check-in went smoothly. Thank you so much!

The stay was completely wonderful, a nice quiet apartment, TV with Netflix, the car can be safely parked behind the entrance gate, the landlady is the sweetest woman and very helpful, who even sent us her neighbors to give us information for the national park in the evening! :D
