It's a very comfortable, elegant apartment. The location is spectacular for relaxing, the beach area in front of the building is quiet. The pool area is very comfortable, a good pool for training and the facilities are all clean.

It is the best Airbnb of all, the best value for money you will find in the app, it is ideal for all types of travel, a few years ago I went with friends and it was ideal to celebrate a birthday and now I just went with my family because I said I had to take them and everyone was amazed by the view that the apartment has, it is very comfortable and very complete, it even gives welcome snacks (no one had ever cared so much about me), it has a full kitchen, direct access to the beach, where you can even cook what you like and you can enjoy it on the beach. DON'T THINK TWICE AND BOOK NOW!!

Everything was very good, quiet, cozy place and very good location

Enjoyed 2 weeks at the Surfside Cabanas while attending Spanish school. The cabana was very clean, quiet and safe. Karen and the onsite manager, Abdel, were responsive in any needs that I had. Hot water with pressure, cold A/C and a big complimentary water jug that Abdel would resupply as needed. They also had an onsite laundry service that was remarkable good and cheap. I rented a bicycle and enjoyed riding it to school, to the TIA's grocery that is right up the street, into town and on the beach. The cabanas are located 100 ft from the beach and Koni Kafe is right there next to the cabanas. I enjoyed eating and having a cocktail there many times. Also with the number of cabs you can easily flag one down from the road at the cabanas. Cheap, cheap, cheap. Montanita felt very safe as a single traveler and I spent most of the weekends in town at restaraunts and bars enjoying the friendly people of Ecuador. Would defintely recommend the Surfside Cabanas for a future stay in Montanita

An incredible place with an excellent location, it takes me many surprises, the truth is that the photos do not do justice for what the place is. A huge rooftop with a beautiful sea view, you can see the sea to from the jacuzzi. very good induction kitchen, has pans and cooking pots. The spacious room with a large and comfortable bathroom, has a washing machine. You can walk to the beach, it's just five minutes away. Safe place, trolley park is internal with roof and secure. The host Mario is always attentive, friendly to help as much as possible. I'll recommend it to friends and family.

I just love this place !! Colorado went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. When the shower broke he had it fixed immediately. He always responded quickly to messages andrückest in proactively to ensure everything was ok. I extended my stay twice and for sure will stay there again when I return to Montañita!

The place is as shown in the photos, the place is very well located. You can walk to shops, restaurants, beach, etc. The accommodation is very close to the sea and has the necessary kitchen equipment.

Bernhard's apartment is cute, everything is as shown in the pictures, clean, cute decor and impeccable. Bernhard was very proactive to answer me for any concerns. The building pool is spotless and the beach club unbeatable. I'm sure I'll be back with my family.

Everything is amazing! The house is beautiful and impeccable, complete and very comfortable, my children and I enjoyed the 24/7 jacuzzi, Ma Elisa's service is great, always attentive before, during and after the stay. I would definitely recommend this house and we would return, we love Ayampe ♥️
