Casa Aldea Mazo de Mon Offgrid in the middle of nature

Traditional and cozy stone house with good views of the natural surroundings and a balcony with the morning sun, in a remote valley of western Asturias next to a clean river. One hour from the coast and beaches and two from Oviedo. There are a variety of hiking and cycling trails in the surrounding area. This area has a special microclimate. It is located in a mountainous area but only 200 meters above sea level, well protected from the north and with good exposure to the south.

Lovely rustic house very close to Atlantic ocean. House perfectly fits for a couple but can be used by family with 2 children. Rural hamlet LOVenturo (Lugar O Venturo) now consists of two guest houses – House O Venturo and Cabaña de Jardin (Garden Cabin) separated by the terraces with distance of 25 metres approximately between them – so the guests can enjoy privacy of their own space. There is an option to rent two houses – ask for special offer as well as for a long-term stay.

Posee dos habitaciones exteriores con baño propio cada una y un amplio salón con chimenea y galería con vistas al río, en la planta superior. Una cocina con comedor y aseo, con salida al patio y al porche, en la planta baja. Se ha cuidado mucho la iluminación y confortabilidad. Disconnect from the routine in this comfortable and relaxing little house. Our house is located within the Somiedo Natural Park, in the village of La Peral. The house has an open room that combines kitchen, living room and dining room and two double bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds) and the bathroom with shower. Lots of possibilities for natural landscapes, excursions and trekking surround our warm stay. The small village is very cozy.

It is literally a 1 min walk to several stunning beaches. The house is bathed in sun all day long and the property is completely walled off and has a huge, very private, garden all around. Needless to say, the views are absolutely stunning...breath-taking!
