A lovely holiday in the apartment, well equipped facilities, comfortable bed, everything you need to spend a few days and enjoy the surroundings, one of the most beautiful in the city.

The apartment is just as it looks and is described. All rooms have air conditioning/heating, with a spacious living room to share with family and/or friends. The kitchen is stocked. Federico as a host responded quickly, was flexible and was always available. It's definitely an apartment I'd go back to!

The apartment is excellent, very comfortable and new. It has everything and more, 2 bedrooms with air conditioning and TV in each, a complete kitchen with all the utensils, very good Wi-Fi. The area is very quiet, you can leave the car in the street without problems. The best....the treatment with Pablo and his attentions...from receiving us to the farewell...always attentive to our queries. We'll definitely be back!! Thanks for everything!!

Extremely comfortable and well equipped place. All equipment works as expected, wi-fi always on (not a single hiccup), air conditioner and fans working fine. Everything in working condition. Quite sizeable apartment, enough for two individuals perfectly fine. Very clean and well kept bathroom. Washing area functional. Balcony with an ample view of the surrounding streets and to stores. Host was also incredible. Very friendly reception, always willing to answer any questions even if they are completely unrelated to my stay. Had no issues with accommodate extra requests. I would absolutely recommend this place if you are planning a stay in the city. It is essentially near everywhere you'd want to go, just a few minutes walk from all parks, from the riverside, from the university, from downtown, everything is at a short walk. No regrets, would book again.

My stay was one of the best that eh had. I went to rest and did it with no problem or hassle. I loved the apartment in its entirety. I will definitely come back to stay as long as and when available 😄 One ten out of ten. Very friendly CRISTHIAN and attentive. Very nice to communicate.
