Small, but cozy and sunny Studio with sleeping loft (full size futon perfect for one person) is located in the heart of the old part of Santa Fe on a quiet street within walking distance to the Plaza. The decor is eclectic in the sense of "Santa Fe Style" popular locally with some distressed pieces of furniture. There is a kitchenette with 2 electric stove tops (no Microwave) convenient for quick heating up. There is a sturdy wooden ladder leading to the sleeping loft - beware if acrophobic.

The enclosed, private courtyard is perfect for kids & pets. This guesthouse is separate from, but next to my home where I live with my partner, our son, and fuzzy dogs!

My place is close to Everything the Railyard has to offer. Plus we are just .7 miles walking distance from the Plaza. Saturday Farmers and Art markets are a very short walk. There is a new movie theatre that is houses from our property. . You’ll love my place because of the coziness, the comfy beds, the kitchen, and the location!. My place is good for couples, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). For your pets, we will charge a 1 time non refundable $75 fee.
