Modern Adobe Oasis in a great central location

Come and rest or work in my Santa Fe adobe with a mid-century modern aesthetic that holds true to its Spanish roots. The house was built in 1960 by my grandfather who was a well-known local builder. House is on a corner lot surrounded by over 15 trees and lots of privacy. On entering the property many note that the energy shifts and that the home has a calming effect on them. The air conditioned house has many windows to let in natural light.
