Host and caretaker were amazingly amicable and approachable. The property is more than what you will expect. The solitude of the place is truly worthwhile along with the pristine beach. This is also a perfect place if you are chasing sunset spot.

Really beautiful place just a short walk from the beach. The flat is spotlessly clean and everything is very new and there’s all you’d need for an extended stay. Marelyn and Peter are wonderful friendly and helpful hosts - they got back to confirm very quickly when I made a last minute booking when my ferry to Bantayan was cancelled because of a typhoon and very kindly offered to take us to Hagnaya port the next day. Fantastic hosts and a lovely place to stay.

It is what you see in pictures. But in the app they didn’t tell that one of the rooms doesn’t have an air condition. The place is nice and cosy but there are smell of the molds specially the second floor.

Great place to stay, and it's my second time there. The place does not disappoint! Kitchen is fully ready, with clean drinking water and many spacious rooms with beds. Just be cautions of mosquitoes and bring the right anti-insect repellant lotions. Otherwise, we had a great stay and will definitely be back again!

We got everything that we need. The host is very responsive and the staff are very friendly and accomplished too. Miss Sheryl helps us out in booking for motorbike and the Island Hopping which is very nice a very nice experience. We even got to check in early with the air-condition turned on already when we arrived given the tiring travel and from the heat of the sun at noon. As a group who decided to cook for ourselves, the kitchen is a complete set of what we need. We were even provided by the staff a set of kitchen wears we used for our food we brought for Island hopping. Overall, I was beyond pleased with the service and definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. Thank you Miss Sheryl and all the staff❤️

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location is fantastic, just a short walk to MJ Square, restaurants, and Kota Beach. The caretaker was super friendly and responsive, making check-in a breeze. The home was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed, plus the water pressure was great. A couple of things to note: it would be helpful if the place was registered on Waze or Google Maps, as it was a bit tricky to find at first. The landmarks provided weren't very well-known to locals. Also, the bed sheets didn't fit well and came off easily, and the pillows were quite thin with only one provided per guest. Despite these minor issues, which I hope they'll fix, this place was perfect overall. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable, affordable, and convenient stay!

This an amazing place and highly recommended. They offered port pick up for 50 pesos each which for me is very convenient. The area is gated and is very clean, definitely has a homey vibe as well. You can also rent a motorcycle from them. Since we stayed in the apartment, it has a complete kitchen set, fridge, dining table and 2 rooms with comfortable beds. The hosts are there 24/7 and are very friendly and responsive. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay. ❤️

we had a nice stay in Bantayan. the place is walking distance to two beaches, to the public market, pharmacy, atm, convenience stores. we were able to save money by cooking our own meals. the villa is exactly how it was advertised. clean sheets and towels. wifi is decent. we slept well. ate Susan was very attentive to our inquiries and needs. will book this again when we come back next year.

If you’re on a budget and looking for a place to stay in Bantayan, this one is perfect. The owner’s parents are present in the property taking care of guests needs. They are very accommodating and kind. Sooo hospitable. Tatay helped us a lot when it comes to getting around the island, where to buy stuff, and finding a cheap motor rental. Will definitely book this place again.

This place is amazing! Best place to stay and relax, with the private beach being just a few steps from the appartment. Or you can chill outside on the private terrace and still have a few of the sea. The appartment itself had everything we needed. A nice bedroom with a comfortable bed, a kitchen with a little oven and stove, a livingroom with a big sofa and a terrace with a big table and two beds to chill on (this is where we spent most of our time). There were also mosquito nets on every window. And there is no safety deposit box but there is also absolutely no need for it. The place is very safe and the house is never left alone! The owners Ruth and Wolfgang are veeerry welcoming and such friendly people. They organized a pickup from the port directly to their place! They also help us rent a motorbike and we even got a special price for it :) One evening some friends came over for a BBQ and we also go invited and were treated just like friends as well! We also fell in love with the two dogs that live there with Ruth and Wolfgang. They are very friendly. They even came swimming with us, which was so cute! Me and my boyfriend would DEFINITELY recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful stay in Paradise! We loved it here and would return for sure!

100 Star for this place, 100 Star for Samantha and her Husband who accompany us. 100 Star for the food. 100 star for the place, we feel like we are in the jungle but safe and relaxed. Wifi is fast and strong. Good for Work from Home who likes to get away from City. Recommend to friends and will definitely come back.

Very friendly and responsive hosts and staff and well priced. As it's a new building and business there were a couple of issues they were still working out like tv connectivity and finalising construction. I'm guessing those issues will be resolved quickly.

Check-in was no hassle. The place is very worth it for it's price. It feels just like you're at home in the city. The AC is no problem. The expected and agreed temperature cools the place down just neatly. Super near the port thru transpo and the staff and host are very nice and accomodating! Makes me wanna visit again soon. I highly recommend this place!

We have stayed in Bantayan a total of four months in the last 6 years at eight different places . These accommodations are by far the best and probably the nicest on the island. They are modern, luxurious and comfortable.

Basic but that’s all we were looking for. Internet worked awesome! Would recommend:)
