The accommodation is very nice, clean, tidy and very well cared for. Mariela is a very good host, always attentive. The place is quiet; although it is not located in the center, it has the Park and La Redonda two blocks away, which are beautiful places to go. Nearby there is a good dining room and other shops. Very complete. I recommend it!

We stayed in this apartment and the experience was excellent. The place is very comfortable, ideal for resting with the family, and it was perfectly equipped for our stay. One of the greatest charms was the view of the river from the window: simply wonderful, especially at sunset. In addition, the location is unbeatable, with several parks and places of interest within walking distance, which was perfect for going out for a walk with our son. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for those looking for a quiet stay. The communication with the host was excellent.

Everything matched what was offered and it was a very comfortable apartment. In addition, the flexible arrival time allowed us to settle in early without any problems to take advantage of the day.

The property is centrally located with access to public transportation. From there you can walk to the sites of interest in Rosario and buy what you need to eat. Despite being downtown, the accommodation is quiet, the noise outside does not disturb. Something very important is that I found the place clean and tidy, the decor is cozy and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The check-in and check-out were super flexible, something that was important for us in this stay. And Sebastián was quick to respond to my questions. The wifi seemed somewhat unstable, if you're going on vacation it's fine but to connect for work it's poor. In conclusion, my husband to my two cats and I did not like it very much and we recommend it.

Everything is fine! The only thing I mention as an observation is that what is in the third room is a futon (somewhat uncomfortable) and not a bed. The location is barbaric and the view divine.
