I loved the stay! The apartment was impeccable, clean, beautiful and extremely functional! The very complete kitchen helped a lot, with all the accessories available for cooking and reducing travel costs! The bedding was comfortable and warm in the cold, and the bathroom had everything you needed! Lots of space to store clothes and objects! It is close to the Irarrázaval subway station and under the building itself there is a grocery store that works until dawn! There are also other larger and very useful markets nearby, as well as being next to the Itália neighborhood, which has many wonderful and not so expensive restaurants! I will definitely rent again when I return to Chile!

i don't even know for sure if it was recoleta or providencia – I just know it was exactly where I wanted to be. The neighborhood has a bohemian vibe, alive, full of restaurants, bars, fairs and interesting corners and sights. it's very easy to get around there, and at the same time, you feel you are in the heart of sanctity, but with a breath of almost secret charm. about airbnb: the view... the view! perhaps the most beautiful I've ever seen in santiago. Seeing the sunset from there has become a ritual. That kind of place that hugs you and makes you imagine yourself coming back a thousand times, as if it were a new home in another country. to complete, everyone was very nice, from the cleaning lady to the porters. A place that welcomes you in every way. I super recommend!

Super apartment with everything you need. Easy access, centrally located, so you can explore the center on foot. Only the view of the courtyard did not inspire us, but it is not a real disadvantage as we were out and about during the day. Otherwise, great.

The space is ideal for two people and delivers exactly what it promises. The bed is very soft, perfect for those who like the most cuddly mattress. The balcony is one of the great highlights: it has a beautiful view and is a delicious place to relax. Even though it is close to several bars and close to the Bela Vista Courtyard, the flat is surprisingly quiet, which ensured great nights of sleep. The location is great and the neighborhood conveys a lot of security. The building has extremely polite and caring gatekeepers, who have helped us with everything we need. There is a laundry room with washer and dried (paid aside), which was super useful in our stay. The kitchen has the basics necessary to do well in everyday life.

Communication with Catalina is always very smooth, we have stayed in the apartment several times, Catalina is very kind, the apartment has everything you need to have a great experience and the sector is very quiet, it is very close to the subway.

The apartment was close to the metro station and nice restaurants.

Patricia is nice and attentive. She helped me with parking and keys and everything. Overall a good stay. Sorry my cat sctached the sofa and future guests have to live with it. Patricia handled this issue well and calmly as well.

Bernardita was such a great and helpful host. She went over and beyond for us when my wife left her AirPods at the house. She went out of her way to get us the AirPods. She was also very accommodating and made sure we were comfortable during our stay.

Great location in Barrio Italia: restaurants, cafés and bars all just a stone's throw away. Communication with Mauricio was very friendly from the beginning and his self-made videos helped us a lot at check-in. In addition, he was always available. We stayed in the apartment for about 8 days, and we loved the experience. The property is very close to subway stations, shopping and market, and you can do a lot on foot, it's excellent! The apartment has everything we need for a great stay, such as a stove, microwave and heater! I recommend it!

Everything was very good, spacious bedroom and kitchen, everything was very clean. I would review the shower system and floor of the same, put a little more cutlery and glasses, and update the TV that does not give for more, but everything is perfect, the best value for money.
