Excellent experience!! The house itself is amazing, but all the attention and care the hosts give to the guests is something that elevates the stay to another level. My husband was on his birthday and put some heart cutouts, my son did not feel very well on the day of checkout and were super flexible worried about his well-being, leaving us calm for a late exit after his recovery. Only compliments, we will certainly return. Thanks for all care and kindness.

ALL IMPECCABLE! Without a doubt, the best experience we've ever had on Airbnb. The house is beautiful, super well equipped and thought out in the smallest details. We came with a 6-month-old baby and an elderly person with reduced mobility, and everything worked perfectly. Accessibility grade 10, children's corner, full kitchen (with dishwasher!), heated floor and even a first aid kit. It had a crib, stroller, washing machine, powerful dryer, bedding and towels of great quality. The air conditioning is amazing — you don't want to leave the house! We were also greeted with basic items in the kitchen, which makes all the difference for those who arrive tired from traveling and want a black coffee. The location is also great, with easy access to Rua Coberta. Nice and Luciano, thank you for all the affection and attention from start to finish. We've stayed in great places, but this was incomparable. Seriously, I have absolutely nothing to suggest as an improvement. Everything was perfect from beginning to end. We'll be back for sure!

The condominium is great for those seeking comfort, rest and tranquility. Great family atmosphere and perfect for those who like to travel with dogs. The location is very privileged due to the natural beauty of the preservation area, while at the same time being close to the center. Super easy and smooth check in/out. Nina's space is excellent, well-distributed, clean and cozy, with clean linens and towels and everything. I highlight the promptness and kindness of Zelador Vanderlei, who was responsible for the check-in and check-out of the apartment and was available for any need. About the stay, everything essential was available. My only observation is the sharpened knives or a sharpener. I understand that it is not customary for travelers to cook at home or make use of the object, but in our case, we chose to make some meals on the premises, so the object became somewhat necessary for use. Otherwise, the space is perfect, we would definitely stay at Nina's space again.

The apartment is very cozy, it exceeded expectations. It was very smelling when we arrived. Having a washing machine is very useful, we like it a lot. The bed is extremely comfortable and the room is perfectly dark for resting. The building is very quiet. The location is perfect for doing several things on foot and still enjoying the beauty of the neighborhood. I highly recommend it!

A good accommodation. It is within the hotel wish structure, only hotel could offer a transport on the premises. I went with my elderly parents, with low mobility, it was bad for them. For it is a hill that needs to climb to the reception/coffee and other environments
