The location was great and the maid in the house was very kind, she helped us whenever we needed. Juan was very communicative and made booking easy.

Everything was in order, marvelous hot shower and complete amenities. Very responsive host. Top notch location too.

Check-in and check-out were super smooth, and the room was really clean. I believe this place has a great view when the building lights are on. I’ll definitely come back during the season when the lights are on.

Had a great stay! Host was very responsive and helpful! The place was SPOTLESS and smelled really nice! Literally so clean from the floor to the ceiling! Sheets looked new as well. My wife loved the pillow options they had in the bedroom as well which were 2 firmer options and 2 softer options. They gave us an amazing parking which was conveniently next to the elevator to get to the room. :) Highly Recommended!

You won't even thought that there's an Airbnb like this in the Metro, near the mall, very accessible. The caretakers were kind and accommodating, always ready to answer your inquiries and requests. Nate is very responsive, you can expect him to answer your queries right away. I like their kitchen, they have provided everything you need from plates to utensils. They also provided mineral water and the use of the gas stove is for free. Excellent experience, worth recommending. We enjoyed their amenities, billiards, darts, air hockey, and also the Videoke. The rooms were also nice, hope you will have rooms at the ground floor for Seniors who can no longer go upstairs. Overall rating excellent. 👍

Ms. Marlene’s place was beyond our expectation. The place was clean and organized, with complete amenities, great view, cozy and homey vibe, and overall aesthetically pleasing. She offered a high speed internet, TV with great sound system, complete spices for cooking, and free coffee and tea! Ms. Marlene was also kind, friendly and responsive with our concerns and request. Would definitely book Ms. Marlene’s place again ❣️

I had a great time staying in their Airbnb. The location is great and the building is brand new. The unit is also clean and well decorated. I highly recommend this place when looking for a place to stay in BGC.

Staying at Chum’s was very easy and we felt right at home. She’s a very responsive host and catered to all of our needs. The place is just as described, you can cook, use the spa and other facilities. It’s very accessible and close to shops and restaurants. Will definitely book again when we come back to Makati.

Had an amazing stay at Christine's unit while we are reviewing for our exam. Just had some problems with extension cords for us to use our electronic devices but she is very responsive to all our concerns. The place is also accessible to everything so if you forgot to buy something, you can easily get it right away.

The place was nice tho I expected that the appliances are a little bit bigger. hehe. I just hope na mas maraming nakahandang garbage bag for a longer stay. Nevertheless, it was a good experience. Thanks!

Our hosts have been such a delight and their place was exceptionally clean, accurate, and was exactly as described. Hosts have been always prompt with responses and were very accomodating during our stay. My partner and I have been very pleased and for sure will be considering staying in the near future!

We stayed at this Airbnb for a month and had a great overall experience. The location is ideal — just a short walk to the mall, which made shopping, dining, and running errands super convenient. There were also plenty of transport options nearby. The unit was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as shown in the photos. The Wi-Fi was reliable, the kitchen was equipped but didn’t really use it. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive. Would definitely recommend for anyone needing a longer stay near the mall!

We had an amazing two-day stay at this Airbnb in Makati City - definitely one of the best experiences me and my family have had. The unit was spotless, well-maintained, and spacious enough to comfortably accommodate all six of us. It truly felt like a home away from home. One minor thing we wished for was a bigger cookware since we cooked a few meals, but everything else was spot on. We’re also very grateful for the host’s flexibility during checkout - we ended up oversleeping (that’s how comfy the place was!) and they were kind enough to adjust. Great place to stay, the place is very clean including the bathrooms and kitchen. It has all essential amenities, interior design is very well done and there are a few restaurants less than 5min drive away as a bonus. This is top value for money. Highly recommended
