It was a great stay at Glady's place. She was responsive and provided us with information needed in order to get into her place smoothly. We watched a concert and as advertised, it was indeed a 5-6 minutes walk to MOA Arena. ☺️

It is such a great place to stay for family with complete amenities and enough space for six people and had a comfortable sleep that felt like home. The room have stunning view and each room has own aircon and toilet. Restaurants and malls is just walking distance. Great place thanks!

The unit was spotless, n i really appreciated the thoughtful touch of providing toiletries. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout my stay. The property also offers great amenities like the gym and pool. What stood out to me the most was the host's communication style-- always polite, respectful, and professional. Highly recommended!

Our family stayed at this condo for almost a week in June, and we truly enjoyed our time there. The unit was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The view from the balcony was beautiful, the bed was very comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The location was ideal, just a short walk to restaurants, grocery store and a Mall. The building was secure and quiet, and check-in was seamless thanks to clear instructions from the host. I’d definitely recommend this condo for a relaxing, hassle-free stay. Thanks again for a wonderful visit!

There was a small hiccup with the sleeping arrangements, but the owner promptly took care of it, which we really appreciated. Overall, a positive experience and we’d be happy to stay here again.

You won't even thought that there's an Airbnb like this in the Metro, near the mall, very accessible. The caretakers were kind and accommodating, always ready to answer your inquiries and requests. Nate is very responsive, you can expect him to answer your queries right away. I like their kitchen, they have provided everything you need from plates to utensils. They also provided mineral water and the use of the gas stove is for free. Excellent experience, worth recommending. We enjoyed their amenities, billiards, darts, air hockey, and also the Videoke. The rooms were also nice, hope you will have rooms at the ground floor for Seniors who can no longer go upstairs. Overall rating excellent. 👍

The place was super spacious. Perfect for parties and hanging out with family and friends! 😊 We had a blast with the karaoke too. The rooms were clean and cozy. The only thing was a few ‘unwanted guests’ flying around outside at night lol, but overall, everything was awesome. Thanks Sir Mark!

We had a great time at Andrew’s place. Property is accurately described and conveniently located near establishments. Check-in was a breeze and we’re being assisted by their warm and approachable caretakers. Kitchen is well-equipped and clean. The space in itself is functional and the design is well-thought of. Their living room is equipped with a lot of games/activities to keep the guests entertained. This place is perfect for a group of friends hanging out or a family stay. Excellent stay and we’d love to come back.

The unit is clean, modern and cozy with beautiful view at the balcony. The host is very responsive and kind. We enjoyed the rooftop where you can see 360 view of the metro.

Vanessa was a great host throughout my stay. Always available, very knowledgeable (especially regarding real estate), and goes the extra mile for her guests. Kristine and Regine were great co-host, in that they knew the technical aspects of the electronics listed. The listed price is definitely worth it. I will gladly consider working with them again in the future

The space is safe and secure, and there is a smart cat that knows how to ride the elevator from the top floor to the bottom floor which was very entertaining to watch. You'll need to climb a flight of stairs to the top floor — the elevator does not stop at the penthouse itself. But asides from the entrance into the unit, the unit itself is clean, and a pleasure to stay in. There is also a restaurant attached to the building for some quick eats. It's also very easy to order Grab for any deliveries to this location.

Kirk is a very gracious and accommodating host. Place is very cozy. Greenfield District is bustling with good vibes and eney. amazing pool at the 7th floor.

Second time here, no problem at all. The Balcony gives you a great view, you have great access to the Venice mall, the room is spacious and looks great. We will come back again, 😁 thank you Penpen.

Jon was very responsive. The place was neat and organized and every corner has simple instructions. I love how it feels cool as soon as I got into the unit too. Will definitely book again next time I needed to go back to BGC for business trip.

Great location! Just a walk away from Greenbelt and Legazpi Sunday market. A number of decent restaurants around. Peaceful on the weekends. Very easy self-check in. One parking slot that’s very near to the elevator, easy to carry your baggages up to the unit. The beds were quite nice. The host was quite gracious and allowed us a late check out. For a three-bedroom unit, it was great value for price. Would very much book again.

The place is so cozy, we love the minimalist decor of the room and it’s clean and everything we need is well provided, another thing I love is there is a washing machine in the unit, no need for us to go to a laundry shop. Sir John is very responsive and considerate and he allowed us to check in early.🥰We also enjoy the view of manila bay and the pool. The place is near to MOA, star city, dolomite, ocean park and lot more, there is also near resto like sangyupsalamat and grocery stores. This place is highly recommendable and surely will book this place on our next vacation.
