Holiday rentals with a patio in Santa Mónica

Eduardo and Matías are excellent and very attentive, the apartment is beautiful, with all the amenities, they delivered it shiny and with everything you need. The place is unbeatable, two blocks from the suspension bridge and a few meters from the main street.

Excellent stay. The accommodation is located in a strategic area. Cleanliness and service 10 points. We have a baby and they were very flexible with the schedules. We'll definitely be back!!!

The place is cozy. It is well located. The access to the downtown area is fast and you reach 5 min. on foot. We had everything you need. The manager, very well prepared. He made us very good recommendations.

The surroundings are infinitely beautiful. Decor and furniture are somewhat outdated for the type of construction. Nothing modern. I also accepted the rental because of what was shown in the photos And it would be lacking for them to provide DirecTV service as we touched days of rain that was lending to see movies But, the place deserved all the applause so it's not a complaint but a constructive criticism. I was treated a thousand points, it is an ideal place to cook something rich and rest (which was what I was looking for). You can breathe pure air. I recommend going by car as it is not close to downtown and half the way to it is ripio. THE SERVICES THAT IT HAS TO OFFER. The bed was very comfortable. Not only does it have a large grill but also braseros for the table. I'm missing using the pool but into the cold (April ‘25) Being a complex, there are some rules which are in writing upon entry, along with a list of its own tourist attractions and folleteria for activities (horseback riding, bicycles, etc.). The price seemed more to me than agreed. P.S. I don't know if you work there but day in half 9am a bird wakes you up, beating the bedroom window with the beak😂.

It's even better than the pictures show, you are in the best place in Traslasierra, with the best views and incredible tranquility. The house is a luxury, 15 years ago I went to relay and it was the best place I met so far. We'll be back!

Everything was excellent, communication with both Lucas and Santiago was very good, I would return without hesitation.

We stayed one night with my partner and my son, the beds are super comfortable, the heating and cleanliness is a ten, it has everything for a comfortable stay, we recommend it.

Lucia was always attentive and was quick to respond. I was waiting for us at the entrance of the house to welcome us. His reception was super warm and friendly. I was attentive to any questions. We went for a day and enjoyed all the facilities. It was a great choice. We hope to come back soon!

Karina was a great communicator and was awesome to do a flexible check-in for us. We have arrived late. The place was super safe and secured with gates. The only comment I can make that the single bed was not super comfortable.
