House holiday rentals in Santa Monica (Sapao)

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Rosemarie’s Villa. The villa is in a quiet neighborhood that is just a 10 minute drive from lively General Luna. It is pretty easy to catch a tuk-tuk/taxi back and forth from the villa to General Luna, so you can easily head to town for dinner. The pool area is cool and relaxing. The villa had all the toiletries we would need. The groundskeeper and housekeeper are also around to help with any extra towels or water you might need. The co-host, Lala, was there to greet us upon check-in and give us her contact information. We messaged her nearly everyday for recommendations, and she arranged transport and excursions for us that went seamlessly. We would love to return!

Daniel's place was really lovely to stay at. The three bedrooms are all sizable and have a lovely ensuite and outside shower. Daniel was a great host, very responsive and communicative when we had issues with the electricity (which was the provider's fault, not Daniel's!). They also have solar power so most electrical appliances work even with the frequent Siargao brownouts. It was our son's first trip to Siargao at 6 months old and he loved the pool! Finally, the housekeepers Auntie and Robert who came every day were amazing and so friendly, it was always nice to see them. We'll be back next year so we will book this place again!

From the moment we arrived, we knew this Airbnb was something special. Nestled in the heart of Siargao, this brand-new gem combines modern luxury with island charm. The stunning chef’s kitchen was an absolute dream—fully equipped with high-end appliances, ample counter space, and everything a foodie could need to whip up a feast. The private pool? Perfection. Sparkling clean and surrounded by lush tropical greenery, it felt like our own personal oasis. Whether we were enjoying a sunrise swim or lounging with a cocktail in hand, it was pure bliss. The construction is fresh, stylish, and designed for comfort. Every detail—from the cozy beds to the elegant decor—was carefully thought out. We loved the open-concept living space, which allowed the island breeze to flow through effortlessly. Beyond the accommodation itself, the location was unbeatable. Close enough to enjoy the vibrant energy of Siargao’s surf spots and cafes, yet tucked away for peace and relaxation.

We loved renting this beach front property. It truly is a peaceful environment and so beautiful. Ricky made ALL the difference, he is the young man who manages the property and is always ready to help. We have teenagers so we rented motorcyles for everyone and we could get in and out easily to town to the beach to go surfing. I am not sure how people would get around if they did not have motorcyles b/c it's a little off the beaten path and exactly what we wanted. It's a real treat to have your own pool. The beach was right there and so breezy. I know everyone wants to be near General Luna but we actually loved being away from it all. We didn't know that we could surf at Ocean 10 and it was just a few minutes away by motorbike and much better than the famous Cloud 9 where it is too crowded.

Absolutely amazing place, the host that checked us in was so polite and kind, they were so flexible. And when we were leaving, the rain was so strong, so they encouraged us to stay as long as we needed to until the rain cleared up. Can't say enough things about this villa, it must be the nicest AirBNB in Pacifico by a long way! And for what it you get, the price is very reasonable. I'm just sad that it is so popular now, so it is often booked out.

This place was PERFECT! The location, surrounding amenities, access to all the main tourist areas and quiet vibe of the villa and pool made it a memorable stay. The villa is nicely built and the property and pool make for a relaxing stay. Jay, the property manager, is an incredibly nice guy with so much local knowledge. He helped us with areas the visit, scooter rentals and surfing. Anything we needed he went above and beyond. Jay made our trip that much better with his attention to detail, communication and genuine kindness towards us.

My husband and I stayed at Derek’s place for 4 nights and loved it! Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The views are incredible (from everywhere in the house). Vangie (hostess) was so kind and attentive. She helped organize a motorcycle for us (checked to see if the tires were pumped up), did our laundry, picked up groceries and cooked us some of the best meals we had on Siargao. She also helped book massages while we were there (highly recommend, we had them out on the lanai at sunset!!). The bed in the master is massive and very comfortable. The fireflies at night are magical! There’s also a pathway down to the ocean where my husband surfed (cloud 69 for reference). Derek is a very inspiring person who does a lot for the community. Definitely recommend staying here—we will be back for sure! Thank you!!!

One of the best places we ever stayed in. The place is absolutely stunning even better in real life and the nature around - WOW! So clean as well which is quite hard to find in the Philippines (from our experiences). The only thing to note is the road - not for beginners on scooter especially if it rains! But you can always just take a tuk tuk from the nearby road :) Sandra has been also very friendly! Thank you so much!

Our stay at this Beach House was absolutely amazing! The view was stunning, and we hated to leave. The house was clean and had everything we needed, from kitchenware to comfy beds. Max, our host, was super helpful and friendly. He even went out of his way to fix our Wi-Fi. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. If you’re looking for a perfect beach getaway in Siargao, this is the place to be. It’s truly paradise!

Super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed, full kitchen, comfy bed, and strong Wi-Fi. The location is perfect, really quiet but just a short walk to restaurants and some great surf spots, Stympys, Rock island, Cloud 9 and Jacking horse. If you're into surfing, it's honestly hard to beat. The host was super friendly and easy to communicate with. Check-in was smooth, and they gave us some great local tips. Would totally stay here again. Perfect spot for a chill getaway close to the waves!

We truly loved Guillaume’s house. Amazing space, a lot of light, great space outside that saved us during rainy days. The beds are comfortable and actually you don’t need the air conditioning (even if in one room there’s!)and it’s great to sleep without! The kitchen is fully equipped and you have everything there. Super close to the beach. Very calm place. Astrid is very friendly and helpful! Can’t wait to come back!

Very nice beachfront Airbnb in Siargao. It is a 5-10mins scooter ride to the main General Luna area and Cloud 9. Clean and spacious. Just one thing is, if it is raining, 2 out of the 4 bedrooms is leaking and there will are water on the floor by the patio door. Also there is also a tiny leak by the living room area. Also the room with the bathroom, the AC on that room is not working well and it doesn't get cold like the rest of the rooms. Other than that, my family and I had a great time at Villa Hele.

Enorm genoten van ons verblijf in deze gezellige loft! Het meubilair was mooi uitgekozen, de accommodatie was zeer proper en wanneer er een probleem was werd er onmiddellijk opgetreden om terug alles naar wens te maken. Rebecca en Lyn waren ook heel vriendelijk en steeds bereid je te helpen. - goede airco - rustige locatie en toch niet ver van de hoofdstraten - veilige buurt - snelle respons Wij komen hopelijk snel nog eens terug!

Best Accommodation in Siargao! Laagan Accommodation is by far the BEST place we've stayed in during our long stay in Siargao and we've tried quite a few. This one tops them all! We were specifically looking for an island-type vibe, something that still made us feel like we were far from the usual hotel or BnB setup and Laagan nailed it. The place has a spacious veranda where we even got to do yoga in front. The kitchen is fully equipped with complete utensils and cooking essentials, perfect for long stays. Reliable internet was a huge plus too, especially for us remote workers. Security-wise, it's very safe, with 24-hour CCTV around the area. The neighborhood is quiet but still conveniently close to Tourism Road and the center of everything. The property is always well-maintained, thanks to the daily gardener who keeps the surroundings clean and green. The amenities are complete and truly superb. Habitación en zona rural, ojito a los gallos jajaja. En moto se llega a todos lados en un momento. Las encargadas del complejo me proporcionaron todo lo que necesitaba: alquiler de moto, clases de surf, transportes al aeropuerto...siempre estaban pendientes, muy amables. La habitacion estaba genial, con la wifi, neverita, el aire acondicionado, que se agradece mucho, y con luces de emergencia para cuando se va la luz en la isla. Sinceramente en Siargao hay tanto que ver y hacer que estaras todo el dia explorando!!! Asi que, para asearse y pasar la noche, mas que suficiente.

Rustige locatie maar toch nog dichtbij de uitgaansbuurt van General Luna. Ligt op wandelafstand van de Sunset Bridge. Gastvrijheid en goede communicatie heb ik enorm geapprecieerd tijdens ons verblijf. Als ik terug naar Siargao reis, weet ik alleszins waar ik opnieuw zal verblijven.

We had a great stay at Palm & Paradise. A little bit out from the main town area so quieter and private but close enough to go for dinner etc. About equal distance between General Luna and Cloud 9. The house was well equipped and plenty of extra amenities available - water, shower gel, toilet roll - as well as mosquito spray and coils. Big bedrooms and the air con worked well. Fans available downstairs which was all we needed. The electricity and water fluctuates at times but it didn’t really affect us and that’s part of the issue with the whole island and Cai kept us informed of any known issues. Cai was amazing! Super friendly and helpful with anything we needed and always responded within minutes. Would recommend this place for a stay in Siargao!

Lovely and quite place in Santa Fe, perfect for relaxing and enjoy the nature in the jeepney accomodiation with a nice Terrace. We will defintely come back - thanks for everything guys :)
