Outdoors, find a barbecue area with grill, fire pit, dining table, and mini-bar. Inside, rope straps are available for surfboards.

Large house on the shore of Lake Vichuqen. You can get to this spacious place and enjoy its facilities and the lake without having to get back in the car as it is very well located being close to the Boulevard of the lake and the supermarket. The house is fully equipped, however guests are requested to bring their towels as they are considered personal items. The water is from a deep well so it is recommended to drink bottled water.
