The house is 3.5 km from the city center; 2 km from Rio do Meio (suitable for bathing); 3.7 km from Cachoeira May; and 9 km from Thermas Santa Rosa. At the Agroecological Environmental Refuge Site we have: trail (medium difficulty level), space for walking (area of 700m2), area for picnic and fire pit. We give discount from 3 guests.

The house has an open environment integrating the living room with the kitchen, and the living room is equipped with a cable TV, pool table, foosball and ping-pong, as well as a wood-burning stove, which makes the house warm and cozy. In addition, in front of the house, we have a dam.
