Since our arrival, we fell in love with its location. The access is well controlled and the security was very kind, as well as in the lobby. They instructed us on how to use the parking lot and were at our service for anything we needed. The apartment was clean and well ordered; the host was always communicating with me to be aware of whether I needed anything, so applause for that. The stay was quiet and pleasant. Without a doubt, I would rent this space again.

I stayed in a space located in a very quiet area, ideal for resting and feeling safe. The complex is modern, well cared for and with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable and pleasant stay. I especially want to highlight the attention of Silvia, who was just amazing. She was always attentive, very friendly and gave us valuable recommendations that made our experience even better. Their warmth and disposition made a difference. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for everything

Martha is a wonderful host. She was very responsive and friendly. Martha’s place is outstanding. It’s in a perfect location. The complex is in a quiet zone and has beautiful views of the city volcano. You can walk around the community for exercise or walk to any of its nearby restaurants. The home has all the amenities you’ll need. It’s very clear Martha has put a lot of effort to the small details. The rooms have A/Cs which is really nice on hot days. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay with access to restaurants, downtown, or day trips to the beach.

I stay in this apartment very often, I think 1 or 2 times a month. And I'm staying because it's very clean, it's equipped, very functional and quiet. Anabel is always attentive, she's a super host. I'll come back as many times as I can

Beautiful, clean and organized place. closed to many places and quiet, pool is great. gym doesn't have much but everything else was great.

This is one of the best places I’ve stayed in. Safe and quiet and easy access with Uber. A bunch of restaurants and other things close by. It’s nice to wake up to a good view!! This is definitely a must use if you’re solo traveling. Melinda made the process easy. Totally would recommend!

The apartment was spotless, well equipped with a good personal taste and the beds were incredibly comfortable. I felt right at home and enjoyed every moment. Ray and Karlamaria are outstanding hosts, always quick to respond and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Thank you for an unforgettable stay and great communication! We stayed at Rene’s place for the weekend and it wasn’t enough! Such a beautiful place ❤️ we enjoyed it so much and Rene was a perfect host very generous and friendly and responsive, the apartment itself is fabulous the views were 10/10 super clean, great amenities had everything we needed I especially liked the layout of the space and it was something different to relax in the evening with a movie the TV is really big 👌 was perfect for that. My son loved the play area and pool a lot it was very clean and the neighbours also are super nice overall I would highly recommend this place, the area is very good and it’s the perfect distance. Looking forward to retuning. Many thanks 🙏
