The apartment matches the photos. It has a 24-hour doorman, which makes access at any time very easy. I stayed because it was close to the place where I attended an event, so it solved my problems. The only point I have to mention was the inability to check in early, even though I had previously communicated with the host and the apartment was available the day before. I arrived in SP at 10 am and had to wait until 2 pm to be able to enter because I was not allowed to enter before. It would be interesting if there was this possibility, of course, if the apartment is without a guest the day before

My fiancée and I love the apartment, beautiful, clean, comfortable, very cozy, exactly as in the pictures and we were surprised by every detail, and by being so close to everything and its beautiful being. Letícia is very solicitous, always responded and easy to communicate and left everything described about the needs of the ap and information, very polite, we are very comfortable, we highly recommend and Letícia is an amazing host 🥰

It was perfect, everything was very clean, organized and identical to the photos. Nelson and Carla are also very attentive and easy to communicate with. My boyfriend and I had an excellent experience and when we need it again, they will definitely be at the top of our list.

I booked André's place because of a course I would have in the region and the place was great, very clean, it had everything as advertised, I loved that it had an iron and ironing board☺️, the kitchen seemed to be well equipped (I didn't use anything in the kitchen) but it had everything in case I needed it in terms of appliances. Very clean bathroom and perfectly clean and fragrant bedding! It was equipped with shampoo/conditioner and soap too, anyway, I loved the space and would definitely come back.

It is the third time I have stayed, I am always well received, the location is excellent, a safe neighborhood, close to good restaurants, shopping and Paulista Avenue. I'll be back soon!

the buildings in this neighborhood have extra security, which is great. but, no fault of the host, the building has a weird layout with multiple entry doors and multiple elevators to reach the apartment. the architect clearly wasn't ever planning to live in the building. location overall is perfect.

There's no way I can not give 5 stars to the accommodation and the hosts. The place is, in addition to being very beautiful, very functional. We have the basics we need for a peaceful stay, I didn't miss anything, everything went well! Highlighting the positive points - excellent location, with everything we need nearby: market, pharmacy, cafes, malls, accessibility. The local security drew attention with police on every corner all the time, as well as on the entire Avenida Paulista, this was excellent! The reception is always very friendly. The view from the apartment is fantastic. Again, I thank Antonio & Ellen for the excellence from the service to the accommodation. We were left with the feeling of wanting to go back and stay in the same place.

We were very pleased with our accommodation. Vanessa super sweet, solicitous, has guided us very well on all the procedures. For those who go to MurumBis of stands or upper chair, the gates are so close that it is enough to cross the rsrs street. The view from the balcony to the stadium is charming. My daughters returned alone to the apartment after the Stray Kids show. Super safe walking there. The neighborhood is wonderful, super wooded; the condominium is beautiful, super complete (sorry that our stay was very short and we could not enjoy anything rsrs), the own market is very assorted, and surprised us positively. All the staff of the condominium were super friendly. The very comfortable, clean apartment... we love it! We're sure we made an excellent choice! Thank you, again, for everything! ; )

The place is quiet, the shower is warm and the house is well equipped. Close to markets, bakeries and public transportation. We recommend it!

I stayed in this apartment for a three month visit to Brazil. I know Sao Paulo well and knew the area before arriving but staying right in the middle of Santa Cecelia was lovely. I would return again on my next visit.

Cleber is an amazing person and a great host, he welcomed us at check-in and showed a kindness that I had not yet witnessed on this app. The space is extremely cozy, the decor is very eye-catching, my wife and I felt very welcomed and we were able to rest peacefully. Location near 25 de Março, São Paulo market, Liberdade neighborhood and surroundings, so if you are looking for a refuge to rest after your purchases, without a doubt this is a find. I highly recommend it and hope to return soon ☺️
