Our stay was wonderful! When we opened the door, the house was smelling of cleanliness! Bed linen, bath towels and blankets were impeccable! Mattresses and pillows all covered! For us who are allergic, this is a great differential. Impeccably clean pots and pans, shining bright! Guys!!!! There was toilet paper, and a paper filter for the first coffee!!!! We are delighted! We came with another family and we were very well accommodated! TV? It didn't make any difference! We love you and will be back on August 15, 2025! Microwave, oven, refrigerator, stove, mixer, everything impeccably clean and working great! We did not use the pool due to the cold! However, it was too clean!!!!! Very clean outdoor bathrooms! Wood stove operated at high!!!! Secure parking with camera! Ahhh, I don't even know what else to say that's positive! Just come and enjoy a lot!

Carmem and Geraldo were excellent hosts, always attentive and helpful. We were very well received by them and we felt like friends of long dates. The place is excellent and served very well for the purpose, which was the celebration of my father's 80th birthday. Geraldo and Carmem are with improvement projects that will make the accommodations more comfortable and we intend to return to enjoy the new space. Thanks for everything Geraldo and Carmem. Rubens' house is super spacious, exactly as in the pictures. All very clean and well-maintained. Also, the host was always very attentive and quickly responded to all of our messages. We had a great experience and we definitely intend to go back. We recommend it!

Wonderful house, everything close by, wonderful and quiet place, I always come back now, I loved Mrs. Inês, a wonderful person, very polite.

Anderson is always very polite and helpful, and responds quickly. The house was very clean and organized, towels and blanket on top of the bed waiting for us. The property was identical to the one in the listing and all the options described in the listing description were there. Warm shower, wonderful coffee maker and arcade working. We thank you for your hospitality and recommend the place! If we need to stay in Ipatinga again, we will return 😉

Great location! Space like the pictures. The beds, are new, extremely comfortable, impeccable bed and bath linen. The kitchen, has all the accessories as described. Get all you need, in a house, for quality lodging, with peace of mind and convenience. The Host, from the acceptance of the accommodation to the check-out, very polite, cordial and available. Leonidia was a great host, friendly and attentive. We had to change dates and she was super understanding. It also made one more bed for us, we were in 3 people and for work. The accommodation was great, the house extremely clean and organized, with good space as well. The bathroom is large and the whole house is well equipped. We didn't lack anything.

Boa Casinha, simple but well completed, everything clean and working, the kitchen with basic utensils and good for the use of the kitchen, clean and smelling sheets. The neighborhood is very quiet, in relation to noise and safe. Covered garage. That's great. I just thought we lost some of the privacy in relation to the house from above, through the shutters,. One hears everything that is said about both houses.
