Besides the little house being beautiful, it's cozy and comfortable. We found A very clean, organized, with everything we needed! Marcílio and Fernanda are attentive hosts. Throughout the stay, they maintained communication, always in order to ensure that we did not miss anything. Have given us all the information we need. The village of Tabuleiro, a simple and well-kept place, the Parks and waterfalls, that spectacle!!! I, my husband, our daughter and our kitty, love it! Sure we'll be back!!! Our stay was excellent! The house is very clean, well cared for and offers a great structure for those who want to rest in comfort. The location is privileged, close to the city center, which greatly facilitates access to local commerce. The kitchen is fully equipped, ready for use. It is necessary to carry only the seasonings and ingredients, as pans and utensils are all available, in great condition. Ideal for those who like to prepare their own meals. The view is wonderful and contributes to the feeling of tranquility. The rooms are large, well ventilated and very comfortable. The bathrooms also deserve to be highlighted: modern, clean and functional. One point of attention is that the house has three flights of stairs, which may be a factor to consider for older people or people with reduced mobility. Other than that, the experience was impeccable. We recommend it for sure.

I had a great home experience! The property is exactly like in the pictures, very clean and well taken care of. The location is great, to rest. The host was very attentive and quickly answered all questions. The only point of improvement would be the location of the camera inside the kitchen. It embarrassed family members because it gives access to the back door bedrooms and a social bathroom.

I went with a group of friends, we spent the holiday at the house and loved it. The view is breathtaking, the pond is very pleasant and the outdoor space is quite large. the rooms were clean and tidy, the kitchen was clean and very well equipped and the living room is charming and cozy, we were able to enjoy it a lot. the location is very convenient, a few minutes' drive from the city and close to the Serra Morena waterfall, which is beautiful. I had to work from there and was worried because there is no 3G signal in the region, but the internet at the house (Starlink) was super fast and there were no problems. the only issue was that one night we used the four showers at the same time and the power in the rooms went out and didn't come back, but the power in the living room, where the Wi-Fi is, was independent and we were able to get in touch with the host, who was very helpful and sent an electrician the next morning, who solved the problem. That said, we all left wanting to stay at the house again on other occasions.

They were very pleasant days of peace and quiet. The house is very cozy for those who want peace and quiet in the midst of nature. It has all the necessary infrastructure such as utensils, barbecue, beer maker, fans, etc. Great showers. The night lighting is a separate charm. As for the host, Diego is extremely polite, kind and helpful. He made us very comfortable and did everything to please us. We will definitely be back.

Simply impeccable! The stay at the ranch was wonderful in every way. The caretaker was extremely attentive, always helpful and ready to help with whatever was needed, which made all the difference in the experience. Very good location, pool and chalet as a whole. Nowadays, it is increasingly difficult to find a place with privacy in this community. There is only this cottage in the lot, exclusive pool with “hydro” and a delicious lawn with space to make a fire and see a beautiful sky! I managed to disconnect and have a great barbecue. It has barbecue grills and good knives. Thank you for receiving my pets, they ran and played a lot. All the same as the listing.

The cottage is charming. Simple, cozy, with everything needed for a quiet and very pleasant stay. Alessandro is a great host. It was extremely helpful and always available to avoid our doubts. Lapinha is a magical place, and the view of the chalet, right in front of the wall, is breathtaking. Can't get used to so much beauty! Finally, highlight to the sky of millions of stars, which was within reach of the eyes on the veranda of the chalet. I highly recommend!!

From the closing of the reservation to the check out, Aline was sweet, the housekeeper Pitao was incredible, beautiful place, cozy, I spent my honeymoon in a wonderful place, she thought of every detail, towel and warm bathrobe, besides things that she makes available, coffee, sugar, cold water, the place is a paradise for those who like peace, we had visits from tamarins, birds and a little dog that I believe is Pitao's, a sweetie that makes you want to bring home, I had no problem, in fact I did have the problem of not wanting to go home anymore! I recommend it and I will be back soon

Everything was perfect. My family and I had all the support we needed. The loft is in a prime location, perfect space. Nothing to complain about.
