Señora Lili and her husband are very friendly and hospitable persons. It was always easy to reach them within some moments. We stayed 3 months and would highly recommend to stay at their place. We came from Argentina to spend a long stay in the city and chose this accommodation. Lili and Jorge, her husband, are wonderful hosts. It was a fabulous stay from the first day. The apartment is as it appears in the photos, with all the amenities. We felt really comfortable. Everything is very close, very well located. The security of the complex and the apartment is excellent and 24 hours. Very friendly staff. Lili and her husband gave us absolutely all the help and advice possible in what we needed. The truth is that they are great people and with a lot of human warmth, always very attentive and good predisposition to help. We recommend them 100%. Travelers, if you visit Cúcuta, this is the best place to stay!!! Without a doubt, we would love to stay here again!!! Thank you, guys.🇦🇷 😌

The apartment is cozy and large. The security at the entrance gate we loved it because it makes the residences safer. I would recommend it

Disconnection and tranquility. A large,familiar,and pleasant space. The sector is very quiet, cool, Valeria was very kind at all times, she explained to us from when we arrived until the last day any concerns that arose from us, she gave us restaurant recommendations. I always recommend asking them any concerns because they are always willing to help make the stay pleasant, the space is family in case of having children. My daughter enjoys the pool, the apartment is well equipped as they describe it. The only thing is that the TV in the room at the moment is not in service, it works is that of the room and they explained how to use it, everything else as the description. 10/10 at. Andrea

The apartment is very nice, very comfortable, and impeccable. We really liked it for spending time as a family, the location is perfect and with access to different supermarkets; Rosalba was very attentive and provided recommendations for visiting places. We would definitely come back.

Everything was smooth, exactly as described. The apartment was quiet, the air conditioning was strong. The owner helped arrange several things, and was very responsive in communicating. I’d stayed here before, and I’ll happily stay here again!

A spacious apartment with several rooms and two bathrooms. Well-equipped kitchen, large shower, and comfortable beds. A washing machine is available. The location is outside the center of San Gil, but access is very easy and inexpensive by taxi. The hosts are extremely kind and helpful in every situation. We recommend it 100%!

100% recommended, the stay is just like the descriptions, everything was very clean, it's cool and comfortable. Communication with Nydia is permanent. The biggest advantage is that it is close to downtown, in front of the Prosecutor and Electrifier, it is very easy to get to all areas. Very close to the accommodation there are supermarkets, restaurants and cafes.

i felt safe, the community was friendly, the apartment was well maintained. I had no issues, besides trying to find the place but my host was willing to meet me and gave instructions to the taxi driver. she was amazing and i would definitely stay there again the next time im in cucuta, colombia

The truth was very welcome and gave us a guide to places to ask for food and things to do. The apt was super clean and organized. It has a covered parking lot and even a terrace. The site is super central for touring all the surroundings.

Highly recommended the stay in apto, as evidenced in the photos, although I did not know Don I personally always very attentive, inquiring if I needed something additional, the place very well equipped with everything you need to be comfortable and quiet, in addition its high speed internet very according to the needs of a worker or student, the unit is very quiet, it feels like being at home.
