We are inside the tuscany national park Inside our organic little farm we have 3 cozy and comfortable apartments just 1 km away from the beach of Seccheto and 3 km away from the beaches of Cavoli and Fetovaia. The apartments are situated in Vallebuia, a valley overlooking the splendid beach of Seccheto. The apartments are perfect for those who love the beach but also nature and countryside. It's a really good position for hiking,biking and climbing.

Casa Lina S.Andrea, 100 meters from the sea. Cotoncello

Comfortable and spacious environment, located on the first floor 100 meters from the Cotoncello beach, a 2-year-old can do it. Surrounded by greenery, in a quiet area, parking adjacent to the house. Family environment A four-minute drive away is a well-stocked grocery store. Cleaning follows ministerial protocols, the pandemic has been overcome and it is no longer necessary to bring personal pillows. Linens are available upon request and are considered extra.

Patresi, where the apartment is located, is a very small town suitable for those who want to discover the lesser-known and less frequented Elba. Considering that there is no grocery store on site, you need to go to nearby towns (5 minutes by car) to buy fresh bread and milk, while the supermarkets are in Marciana Marina and Marina di Campo (30 minutes by car). The road is always panoramic and the sunsets are priceless. Free linen is provided to motorcyclists.

Our "Casa Paradiso Elba" with panoramic views is just 300 meters from the sandy beaches in Cavoli and Seccheto. The 1-room studio offers a unique sea view and is furnished with a double bed and two pull-out single beds. The kitchenette with electric stove is located away from the sleeping area. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and bidet. The offer includes a free covered parking space, Wi-Fi and air conditioning, fenced garden and barbecue.

The sea is 1.6 km away and can be easily reached by your own vehicle or shuttle service with a stop in front of the private parking lot reserved for the apartment. We do not provide linens.

The 40 m² apartment directly above the sea is in a quiet location, just 70 m from the beach promenade of Marciana Marina and a few meters to the beaches of the village.
