Excellent location, practically in front of the beach! Renata and her husband were very attentive, I just think the house needs to undergo a renovation, because it is already in need, but nothing that affects the accommodation!

Despite a few days in Alter, Alan's house is wonderful because it is well located, spacious, airy, clean, with everything you need for a large family and even a bunch of friends. It has a parking space that fits several cars, a swimming pool and barbecue in the back and even some toys for the children. The place is very quiet, close to the bus and waterway terminals. I loved this house and highly recommend it. Thanks, Alan.

This place was exactly what we had in mind when booking, privacy, forested environment, bedroom with airco, good internet, walkable distance to town and to the lake (from where you can also get to town). The house itself, as any house, had a few maintenance issues, and on Saturday night through Sunday afternoon, we had the bad luck of having neighbors playing loud music. Having said this, Manoela was very responsive and proactive with resolving issues that came up. She is truly a superhost. Talking about noise, we loved the visits of monkeys, the common squirrel monkey and the silvery marmosets, the latter making loud but beautiful bird like sounds. We also heard howler monkeys, but they didn’t pay us a visit, unfortunately.

They were super responsive and always available if they had any questions. The house is wonderful and the place offers a lot of calm.

Perfect from start to finish without any kind of problem or difficulty. Recommend!!

The stay at Natália's place was great, from the beginning she is present to support us in the doubts and the accommodation is identical to the photos. It is located in a great spot, close to the market, pharmacy and restaurants, as well as being in an ideal location for sightseeing. We highly recommend and plan to come back soon!!

High points: The space is great, large bed, giant tv, air-conditioning. All brand new. Space apartment and well furnished. Quiet and quiet street. Easy check in. We miss some inexpensive appliances that would make it easy for a breakfast and an unpretentious snack, such as a blender, misteira… an airfryer would also be a good idea. Little crockery and pots too. Basic items like salt, sugar, oil are missing. Salt and sugar we picked up in the restaurants because we didn't have to season a fried egg or sweeten a coffee. The fee charged for items that get dirty is absurd: the house does not even have 20 kitchen items. On the first day there was a cockroach in the room.

Denis was a great host, responded promptly whenever we made contact and kindly responded to our requests. The house is very beautiful and comfortable, we will return!

Well, the only complaint is the lack of outlets, in the room that has a bunk bed, the outlets that have 2 do not work

Sonia's cottage is cozy, well-maintained and perfect for resting. The decor is charming, everything is very clean and organized. Such an amazing experience! 💖☀️✨

The stay in the apartment was perfect, all exactly as described in the images, very cozy, with ctz we will try to stay more often in the next visits to alter, note mil!

All according to the listing, kitchen well complete with all the necessary utensils, pool area always well taken care. even the maintenance of the pool was done during our stay keeping the water always clean and without ordering us. (it was held when we were not at home). host always requests and answering our questions. perfect. we had the bonus of being visited by the monkey who do the show by part.

We had great days in alter on the floor, part due to the house of Maria do Carmo, which gave us all the comfort we needed. The house is very spacious and quite complete, with an equipped kitchen, clean bedding and air-conditioning in all the rooms, in addition to the fans. We really felt at home. Both Maria do Carmo and Marília, who received us, were very helpful and were available at all times during our stay. The distance from the house to downtown takes about 20 minutes' walk, but nothing that has hindered our journey, the streets are also quiet during the day and also at night. We only indicate for those who for some reason have mobility issues, renting a car in Santarém to be able to move around the city with greater comfort, or opt for the city's cabs. We indicate the accommodation for anyone who is Alter do Chão and we hope to come back someday!

Me and my family love space. A quiet house, in the middle of the forest, with a lot of peace and quiet. Victor was very kind and was available at all times for what we needed, an excellent host. The house has everything we need, all the amenities, complete dishes, comfortable and a privileged location. The accommodation was perfect, we will definitely be back and we also recommend it.

Quiet, pleasant, cozy place. very good to relax in the midst of nature. The space has everything it takes in the kitchen for a good stay. They were attentive to the items we requested during the stay as a tappetinho and varies extra. I recommend it.

We had a wonderful experience! The space is amazing and perfectly accommodated my large family. Spending Christmas there was just perfect. The house is very well equipped, with everything we could need, multiple outlets, side tables for those who need to work, cabinets that facilitate organization, and extremely clean in all rooms. The location, minutes from the Alter do Chão waterfront, was a great advantage and made everything even more special. Everyone loved it and spared no praise. I recommend it without a doubt and would definitely come back many times!

The flat matches exactly what is written! We went in 3 people (1 couple and one child), but they comfortably fit 5 people. Extremely clean, super-equipped kitchen with great utensils for the stay - to eat at home. The condominium is quiet and great for rest. Clean pool, available and kind staff. Wanderson was a great host by being accessible and responding quickly. It exceeded our expectations! For sure when we get back to Alter we'll stay in Wanderson's flat.

We loved our stay! The space on the land is large, surrounded by wild animals, and offers a lot of tranquility. The house is well equipped. Eugenio was super responsive and attentive, he prepared everything so that our check-in at dawn was smooth. The location is quiet as it is away from the city, but it is still just a 20-minute walk from the main square. The beach near the house is one of the best we've been to, very quiet and deserted. I recommend it to everyone!

The very quiet environment, we made the most of it, there was time to bake a rump at the barbecue accompanied with a very cold beer. The landscape of the beaches is not even talked about just living. Gratitude! we'll be back soon. God bless everyone who catered to us on tours….
