Welcome to our small wooden house located 200 m from the beach of Dossen and 50 m from the forest of Santec! An ideal place for lovers of surfing, windsurfing or kitesurfing. It consists on the ground floor of a living room with large TV (127cm), a fully equipped open kitchen and a bathroom. You will find a bedroom (1 double bed) and a landing (2 single beds) upstairs. Our accommodation is located 10 min from Roscoff, 20 min from Morlaix, 40 min from Brest-Guipavas airport.

Ideal for discovering water sports on a huge beach 1 km away or lounging on the nearby sandy beach 300 m away. You can leave the cottage, with just the bag on your back, for hikes along the coastline. Village and state forest are 1 km away. Thorough cleaning. I welcome you unless unexpected. We had a great stay at the house. Near a week to enjoy the walks on the beaches a few hundred yards away. The weather was not with us but we were able to enjoy the exceptional amenities of the house (pool and spa at the top!!!). The location is great and the house is really beautiful! Everything has been designed for everyone to stay at home! The welcome by the owners is very warm: some local products offered upon arrival, a decorated Christmas tree was installed in the house and of course recommendations on the must-sees of the region to visit (places, restaurants...). They are always available when needed, whether in advance for preparations or during the stay! We loved our first visit to Brittany and will be happy to return to this house.

Adorable semi-detached house with the owners' house, but independent entrance, private garden, peaceful, with shed where there are bicycles, deckchairs, parasols... The accommodation itself is very well designed, very clean, warm. Kitchen, appliances and many impeccable utensils; Upstairs bedroom with bathroom, great! Good bedding, plenty of storage, well-equipped. I highly recommend this listing! And the contact with Sandrine has always been very cordial, a real pleasure. And we had the pleasure of tasting Serge's peach. Thank you

Small apartment but well arranged, with just the right amenities. Clean, great location and easy to reach. Beautiful views with this relaxing hammock and grandiose scenery. Just the time that has not been with us, but does not change the fact of having a pleasant stay thanks to this landscape and this beautiful location.

Clean accommodation, very well arranged and decorated. We were very well hosted by Michèle and Daniel. The accommodation is very well located, several walking trails and beaches are within walking distance. At the end of October, we were able to enjoy the terraces for lunch and reading in the sun. Hosts are responsive and discreet. We recommend it :)
