Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Santiago

A comunicação com o Gerson foi sempre muito rapida e facil. quando chegamos o T2 que alugamos não estava pronto, pelo que tivemos de passar a primeira noite num t1 e dividir cama. como eramos duas amigas não houve inconveniente, mas teria sido chato se fossemos dois amigos do seco oposto. só tivemos conhecimento desta impossibilidade quando chegamos e no dia seguinte mudamos para o T2 (dando também mais trabalho com malas e organização). o T2 nao tem agua quente.. nao tinha reparado nisto até chegar mas talvez tenha sido eu que nao vi a informação. a intermet não funciona no T2, o que foi bastamte chato já que tinha de trabalhar.... de resto, tudo ok.

We enjoyed the quiet stay at Dinohelders place in the hills of Santiago. The house has a very tasty interior design and we felt at home from the beginning. The garden is beautiful with all the plants and the pergola is beautiful. People living around the area are super helpful and friendly. You'll see all kinds of farm animals around the property. There are nice hiking opportunities available right from the house. Thanks again for letting us stay at this beautiful place.

A friend and I stayed at Maria's place as we were visiting Calheta for the first time. From my initial outreach to Maria, she was always responsive and very accommodating. Maria and her family were very welcoming and friendly. They hosted us for a lovely breakfast and a few unexpected friends even came over. Maria's place is in a very walkable area and close to a beautiful cliff over looking the ocean. Highly recommend.

A very nice house. Spacious, quiet. With airco, which is very nice in August. Wifi is good, I could do quite a bit of work. Kitchen is fully equipped but I didnt really cook in it. There is a good restaurant just around the corner, Benfica. Also, Quebra Kanela is within walking distance if it is not too hot outside. If you want to go to Plateau take a taxi. Aidil met me when I was on the main street nearby, and took me to her house. There she explained everything. Later she brought me papaya which I liked, it is one of my favorite fruits. Highly recommended!

Séjour très agréable. Une très grande terrasse bien à l'abri du vent. Logement confortable avec une très bonne literie. Le quartier est typique de la vie locale. La plage est proche et les commerces aussi. Il y a une bonne boulangerie à 300m. A savoir que la pression de la douche peut varier d'un jour à l'autre. Pas d'eau chaude à l'évier mais on peut s'en passer. Claudio avait garni les placards avec sel poivre, sucre, café, huile, vinaigre, ail, du beurre au frigo et de l'eau, ce que l'on a beaucoup apprécié. Très réactif au téléphone.

Spectacular views from the veranda!! Perfect for relaxing with a cup of coffee and a book. This house was great. We are a large family and there was plenty of space and beds for us all. Located in a very quiet neighborhood, Inira’s house is the perfect retreat from the city. Inira was very responsive during our stay with any questions we had. We would not hesitate to stay here again, we truly enjoyed our stay.

La maison est très spacieuse. Nous étions 8 et l'avons louée en entier pour une semaine. Bonne literie, grandes chambres lumineuses avec salle de bains pour chaque. Il n'y a pas de salon mais une cour interieure pour les repas et nous y faisions atelier puisque nous étions à Santiago pour dessiner. le ménage a été fait plusieurs fois, les lits refaits et nos demandes étaient immédiatement suivies d'effet, grâce à Salomé, le contact sur place. Il y a un gardien qui surveille la maison la nuit et s'installe devant la porte. Le quartier est calme et tout se fait à pied. l'adrese est un peu floue car pas de nom de rue, elle est perpendiculaire à la rue Liceu, un peu en dessous du collège. Nous avons demandé à une élève en lui montrant la photo qui est très typique. Quelques points à améliorer : tuyau percé du lave-linge, une bouilloire serait appréciable et l'éclairage un peu chiche dans la cour. Nous nous sommes sentis très bien.

Nos hôtes nous ont transmis avec passion leurs connaissances sur l’histoire du Cap-Vert, la flore, la faune et leur magnifique projet de conservation botanique et agroécologique. Loin d’un séjour classique, cette expérience nous a offert une immersion totale dans un cadre naturel préservé, où chaque échange et chaque découverte avaient une valeur précieuse. Le logement était plus que correct, confortable et parfaitement intégré à l’environnement. Pour les amoureux de la nature, les aventuriers et ceux en quête de sens, cet endroit est un véritable havre de paix. This is where you want to be! Pool large enough for short laps. The house is huge! Lucas' relatives are across the driveway and very helpful with issues. Expect some family activity, but other times completely quiet, and we had the pool to ourselves whenever we used it. Rental car needed.

Great space

The unit is just as shown in the pictures. Very nice and clean place. New Development. Building seems to be very safe. A key is needed for the main door to access inside in the building. Safety and security was big for me and this place did feel secure. The cleaning lady was amazing and helpful. Rooftop is shared so laundry is left to dry up there but I never had any issues with my neighbors. Only downsides were the water did run out and we did not have any running water for a few hours. The master bedroom door did lock on it’s own and would not open, there was an issue with the handle it came loose and was not operating properly. Besides those two hiccups I enjoyed my time there. I stayed for about 15 days and felt at home.

Je remercie Fatima qui est restée disponible tout le long de notre séjour. L’appartement est conforme à la description, la résidence est sécurisée avec gardien. Il y a des places tout autour de la résidence pour se garer. Fatima nous a laissé une place de parking au sous-sol. Je reviendrai dans ce logement si je dois revenir à l’île de Santiago,. Je le recommande, surtout si vous êtes un groupe. Ravie d’avoir été chez toi Fatima.

great house and reactive host. pool and house are clean. kitchen with everything you need to cook. the house itself is perfect. the only negative I could say is, if you are a light sleeper you could be bothered by stray dogs barking, rooster and pigs in the morning.

Área tranquila, com fácil acesso praia numa caminhada de 10 minutos a 12. Ainda com possibilidade de desfrutar de piscina nos dias mais de preguiça.. Os anfitriãoes, super simpáticos foram acessíveis pois tivemos uma problema com voo, eles nos facilitaram estandimento da estadia. mini mercados, com restaurantes perto de residência.. para quem gosta de ter uns bares, e praia perto.. recomendo

Nivaldo est un hôte tres reactif, agreable et bienveillant. Il s'est rendu disponible tout le long du sejour et nous a proposé des draps supplementaires lors des nuits les plus fraiches. L'appartement est tres bien situé, à 10min de la plage. Toutes les pieces sont très propres avec tous les equipements necessaires. L'ambiance est accueillante et chaleureuse. Je recommande vivement.

This tastefully decorated ground floor apartment is great, it is airy and therefore easy to walk around for an elderly person. My mum has been able to exercise far more, just by taking walks around the flat. Moreover, the outside space means that she can get all the vitamin D that she needs, and enjoy sitting in the sun, relatively in the shade. For my husband and I, it is also wonderful to have a bigger kitchen, with a window next door, so as to properly evacuate food smells. The bedrooms are a great size, and the bed linen and towels are wonderfully soft. The beds are great quality and there is a lot of storage space. The hosts are incredibly responsive and go above and beyond the call of duty to make you feel welcome. We would return to this flat over and over again, and highly recommend it.

We enjoyed staying at Sandro's apartment, everything was very organized and clean. My daughter felt right at home, she was still able to watch Netflix and we enjoyed exploring the nearby restaurant where they sell the best “catxupa, couscous, as well as fresh bread and coffee” This place is highly recommended, especially if you are traveling with your family.

Super séjour chez Maria ou l’on se sent comme à la maison voire mieux! Le logement est très confortable, bien équipé : il y a même un air fryer! Le voisinage est très accueillant le quartier est plutôt calme et sympa. Un grand merci à Aurelio qui a toujours su se rendre disponible ainsi qu’aux gardiens tous ont été très aimables !

The apartment was excellent and extremely comfortable. We had initial challenges with the WiFi connection but it subsequently rectified. Is a new location so no shops around but not too far other neighborhoods where shops are. Is a wonderful place
