Holiday rentals with a patio in Santiago de Surco

Definitely one of the best apartments we've ever stayed in! Super cozy, clean, safe, spacious and close to many restaurants and cafes! Renzo is a super host - always willing to help and quickly answers any questions you may have! This Airbnb is highly recommended!

Amazing accommodation! Many thanks again to the hosts for all their attention. They managed to solve a small problem with the door lock, and for that they surprised us by giving us the night. This demonstrates their professionalism and the care they have for their customers. I would definitely come back because it is a very cozy, clean and super nice place! I asked for extra blankets for the cold and they gave them to me without any problems. 100% recommended ❤️

Very nice apartment in a very walkable area. Nice grocery store and coffee shop downstairs. A ten minute walk to an atm and big grocery store. Very safe area. Building has someone at the front desk 24 hours a day and the door stays locked. The bed is comfortable and has a large, easy to use smart tv - I had no problems watching Netflix. Nice bar top counter to eat at. Uber picks up almost immediately from the apartment and it is easy to travel to different parts of the city. Miraflores is about a 45 minute walk. The only caveat is that if you plan on doing a lot of very extensive cooking with complicated recipes, it may be difficult because the kitchen is only stocked for basic cooking. Otherwise I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone!

Marita was very helpful and accommodating from the beginning. The apartment was spotless, there was clean linen, a working washing machine (though no dryer and you can buy detergent at the store attached to the same building), and a fantastic view of the city from the balcony. She did have basic kitchen utensils and soap for use which was very nice.

Well situated with restaurants and small supermarkets on same street. Barranco is an amazing part of Lima and Jimena’s apartment is a very comfortable base. Bed is comfortable after a long day of exploring. Easy keyless access. Definitely recommend

We really liked our stay with Daniel. Everything was very well organized, he responded very quick to questions and was helpful with arrange taxi and our bagage storage at the end of our stay. Would really recommend this because the apartment is well located to good restaurants and activities nearby!

Great place in a fantastic location! The unit itself is very quiet and nicely decorated. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay and Alejandro and Tania were very accommodating! The suite is in a basement so it was a little cold but they were nice enough to bring me a little heater. The curtain in the bedroom does let some light in because they keep the courtyard lights on outside the apartment so we needed face masks. Bed and pillows were comfy. My only complaint is the couch is hard and small. So we had a hard time relaxing comfortably in the living area. Other than that we had a great stay. 🙏🏼

The best place to stay , Claudia is an excellent host with a very friendly and friendly treatment, the house is wonderful 100% recommended. Take my one year old son and I love the house from the moment we were close to restaurants and a location close to everything. The garden of the house is wonderful, I will be back very soon.

Excellent, very cozy house for large groups, beautiful courtyard with beautiful trees and flowers, and a turtle that was a sensation for my children. 100% recommended. Everything immaculate.

This is the second time we have rented the house and again we are very satisfied. We love the layout, the location and the atmosphere of the place in general. Communication with Alberto was excellent, always attentive and willing to help. As a suggestion, it would only be necessary to incorporate a little more kitchenware, but everything else was perfect. Waking up to that ocean view every morning was such a gift—absolutely breathtaking and the kind of peaceful you hope for on a trip. The neighborhood felt really safe and secure, which made the whole stay feel easy and relaxed. I loved having a private entrance—it gave me a sense of privacy and freedom that made it feel more like home. The in-unit laundry was clutch, especially for a longer stay—super convenient and made packing lighter a breeze. Location-wise, it doesn’t get much better. Just a short walk or quick Uber ride to Barranco, where I had incredible meals at namely Isolina and Canta Rana, and plenty of nearby cafes for great coffee and people-watching. The apartment was peaceful, stylish, and in the perfect spot to enjoy the ocean view without city noise. I’d absolutely stay here again.

It is a house located in the residential area of Barranco, the house is very spacious and has autonomous access, the host is super communicative and willing to help.

What a great stay! The place was much larger than I thought. There were lots of little patios and outdoor spaces to hang out. The kitchen was large. They were very accommodating and helpful to us throughout our stay. Thank you!

We had a very comfortable stay at Maria Elena’s! The view from the beautiful living area and the location are top notch. Everything functioned perfectly making the stay relaxing. Grocery shop within a 3 minute walk was extremely convenient. Doing laundry was effortless. We slept great here and enjoyed our time so much!!

It was a cute place right in the middle of Baranco and Miraflores. The neighborhoods have a lot to offer! However Karina is what made the trip more memorable. She was always responsive and very nice. We felt safe in the apartment and there was a helpful front desk. Would recommend to anybody for a stay in Lima.

Cozy and clean home, impeccable white sheets and towels, location near the US embassy

This was a great placs to stay. Very near to small shops to get food and groceries and a few cute cafes. Very convenient and hosts were very friendly. I worked there for over a week and never had issues with the wifi connection, which was great. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this to other travelers.
